How Heavenly Beings Help You Every Day

Have you ever had a hunch or received a thought giving you notice in advance about an event that is going to occur? Have you ever found yourself in the perfect place at the perfect time? There are no coincidences in this world. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not, your Heavenly Support Team, made up of God, the Archangels, guardian angels, past spiritual masters, spirit guides, and loved ones in spirit, help you with your life every day. They do this through repetitive external signs, strong urges, and messages sent through the invisible network that connects all souls.

Magic Occurs Every Day

There is magic in this world. Our Heavenly Support Teams help to orchestrate events in our lives to help us navigate this world. They do it because they love us and want to help us. Even though they are in Heaven, they know life on Earth can be challenging. They enjoy the benefits of Heaven while also using their access to knowledge about our lives from the Akashic Records (our soul contracts) in the Hall of Records. As long as their actions do not interfere with life lessons we need to learn, they can provide divine assistance through signs or messages, and they can direct us into situations which will benefit us and those around us. We are not alone in this world. We have entire teams of beings who help and support us from the Other Side.

Being Open to Divine Guidance

To access this extraordinary information, you need to remain open to the possibilities. The more you live your life in the present and pay attention to the world around you, the more you will receive the signs and messages, as well as understand the guidance. Moreover, learning about how your Heavenly Support Team communicates with you will help you to decipher what they are trying to share with you. The language of spirit-to-spirit communication is one of the senses, both earthly and extrasensory. We are all born with these earthly and extrasensory senses. You can learn how to access them by educating yourself about the language of the soul.

All Senses are Utilized – Earthly and Extrasensory

On Earth, we rely mainly on our physical senses – seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling, and tasting – to navigate the world around us. The stimulus around us sends signals to our brains to help us interpret the information. For example, when you smell a rose, the scent molecules your nose inhales send signals to the receptors in your brain. Simultaneously, your eyes see the rose and, if you reach out and touch it, your fingers feel it. All this information is transmitted to your brain, pieced together, and filed within your mind to form a memory. When you encounter this flower again or have an experience that triggers this memory, your mind brings forth the files providing recognition of this previously encountered flower. Extrasensory senses, the ones that connect us with other souls, mirror our physical senses; however, the information is received internally through the invisible network that connects us all. Instead of external stimuli, the information is seen within the mind’s eye, felt within the body, heard within the mind, and smelled and tasted internally. There is an additional extrasensory sense, which is claircognizance or clear-knowing. This consists of information that is known within and emerges without previous thought. Many people receive psychic or intuitive messages; however, they may not understand where the information comes from. Awareness of how the information is being received helps in the educational process about spirit-to-spirit communication along the invisible network which connects us to all beings.

Telepathic Connections Versus Spirit-to-Spirit Communication

The easiest way to give a basic understanding of spirit communication is to think of it as a telepathic connection. When you share a deep connection with another human being or animal on earth, you can sometimes receive impressions which provide insight into how someone is feeling or what they are doing at a particular time when you are not in their presence. The energetic impressions and information are sent through the invisible network at the heart of each of our spirits. The same is true for spirit-to-spirit communication. There are differences, though, as spirit-to-spirit communication must travel across dimensions from one soul to another. There is greater depth to this form of communication as it involves all the extrasensory and earthly senses to convey images, sounds, feelings, tastes, and smells from the perspective of the being in spirit transmitting the information. Symbols, which are plucked from the databank of experiences of the receiver (medium), are used to share the information faster. The symbols can also contain multiple meanings furthering the depth of what is being communicated. It is not a straightforward process as the information is sent in bits and pieces using the full range of extrasensory and earthly senses. These pieces then need to be put together like a puzzle.

Messages You Hear

There are times when you may receive a thought that does not feel like it originated from you. Most of the time, it comes through in your own voice, but you know it is not a thought that originated from you.  Other times, it comes through in the voice of a loved one in spirit or an angel, which you may or may not be able to identify. The thoughts you receive are there to provide guidance and assistance with events in your life ranging from trivial to important. The messages never contain information about hurting yourself or others, as your Heavenly Support Team is all about love and positive assistance. It may be a one-word message, or it may be a string of words providing guidance or direction about a situation you are experiencing. It could even be as simple as a reminder when you are going out the door to remember something you need to take with you. Music that plays in your head is another way loved ones in spirit and the angels send you messages. When it happens, look up the lyrics. You can research them by typing in the word “lyrics” into a search engine and type in whatever words you are hearing. You will find the song. There is a message within those lyrics for you. Again, your Heavenly Support Team will never send messages telling you to hurt yourself or anyone else. Pay attention to what you were thinking about prior to the music playing in your head. If you were just wondering about a time frame for an event and you hear a song with a time or season reference, such as the Monster Mash (October) or Hot Fun in the Summer Time, they are giving you a heads up about when it will occur.

Getting a Feeling

You may experience strong and repetitive urges to take positive action. When your guys and gals in spirit do this, they are trying to help steer you into a positive situation for you. For example, I kept getting a very strong urge to paint my bathroom as if you were immersed in the Caribbean Sea when you walked in. It was a project I had wanted to do, but the urge became so strong that I could no longer put it off. While I was in the middle of the project, one of my beloved pets crossed over to the Other Side. Painting a beautiful image is a form of meditation for me, and my guys and gals in spirit knew I needed to have a large project to work on to help me through the grieving process, and it did. There is a lot of love embedded into the murals I painted. I also know my Heavenly Support Team helped by providing healing and love while I worked on the project. There are other times in which you may have an urge to go to a specific location, such as the grocery store, only to run into a friend you have not seen in a long while. When you remain open to life, you can experience many wonderful adventures that your Heavenly Support Team helps to direct.

Seeing a Sign

Your Heavenly Support Team may also place repetitive visual clues in front of you to help you with your path. Years ago, when I was thinking of heading back to college at night while working full-time, I started receiving mailers from a nearby college. I had not applied for any colleges, nor did I ask for information to be sent. I also kept seeing billboards and references to this college on people’s cars, as well as verbal references which could not be mistaken. After looking into the college, it turned out to be an excellent option for me to take accelerated night courses. Your guys and gals in spirit do this for you, as well. They have the ability to place items in front of you and orchestrate events in such a way that it is hard to ignore.

Smelling a Scent in the Air or Craving for Foods

Your loved ones in spirit will place certain scents in the air that remind you of them to let you know they are around. You may be the only one who smells the scent. They will also give you cravings for foods they enjoyed or liked to make. This is their way of letting you know they are with you and that they love and support you. When this occurs in a reading, the loved one in spirit is transmitting information about themselves to help the recipient to claim them or they are bringing a fond memory for specific reasons known to the recipient.

There are many ways our Heavenly Support Teams help us on a daily basis. What Our Pets Do in Heaven

When our beloved pets cross over into Heaven, they are greeted by the angels and our loved ones in spirit, as well as their kin who are in Heaven. As with people in Heaven, they are provided much comfort and love and are free from all physical pain and discomfort they may have suffered from prior to their passing. During readings, in which they share information about their lives in a manner similar to people in spirit, animals often show themselves in the prime of their lives in Heaven. They share images of themselves delightfully enjoying favorite activities they were characteristically known for on Earth. Some of my favorites have been horses running and kicking up their heels in a beautiful pasture, dogs rolling around on their backs on incredibly soft spring green grass, purring cats curled up near the warmth of a lit fireplace, ferrets tunneling and playing peek-a-boo from underneath a blanket, and parrots cracking open peanuts and enjoying them. The animals often express strong feelings of love and gratitude for the life they had, as well as glimpses of their lives to bring information that can be matched to them in order to provide healing and comfort to the recipient of the reading.

With Loved Ones in Spirit

When a beloved pet makes its presence known in a reading, it is often accompanied by a human loved one in spirit. This loved one is either directly connected to the animal or is conveying the message that they are taking care of them in Heaven for the recipient of the reading. The human loved ones in spirit did not need to know this animal while on Earth. For example, I have seen grandfathers and grandmothers in spirit, who have long been in Heaven, holding a cat or dog who just crossed over that belonged to their grandchild on Earth. Our loved ones in spirit, both human and animal, are aware of the events which occur in our lives because they watch over us from Heaven. There is much comfort in knowing they are taking care of our beloved pets in spirit until the time comes when we are reunited with them in Heaven.

Visiting from Heaven

Like people in Heaven, our animals in spirit can and do visit us on Earth. You may catch a glimpse of them out of the corner of your eye, feel their presence, or hear a familiar sound they used to make in life. If you have live pets in your home, they can sense the presence of your pets and people in spirit. When your live pets are staring at the wall or start running around and playing as if someone is playing with them, it is often loved ones in spirit, both human and animal, who are visiting. There are times, too, when a live pet temporarily behaves in ways your pet in spirit behaved. They have not possessed your live pet but have temporarily used them to bring through a memory for you in order to let you know they are around and sending their love.

Jobs in Heaven for Animals

Beyond relaxing and enjoying their time in Heaven, our pets in spirit can also volunteer for jobs. For instance, they can opt to become guardian angels for their loved ones on Earth. They often work in tandem with our human loved ones in spirit and the angels who have volunteered or been assigned to us. As guardian angels, they assist with the job of watching over us and alerting the angels of situations in which we need help. Additionally, when it is time for one of our living animals to cross over into Heaven, our beloved pets in spirit are there to help them cross over and they do their best to bring us comfort from Heaven. Animals can also help bring healing and companionship to those who need it in Heaven. Not only do they bring companionship to our human loved ones in spirit, but also to people and animals newly arrived in Heaven who would benefit from their loving presence. Scenes have been shared with me of animals providing companionship and unconditional love to people and animals in spirit, especially for those who are receiving healing in the Spiritual Hospital in Heaven. When healing of heart and spirit is needed due to difficulties experienced during a lifetime, souls go to the Spiritual Hospital in which angels help the souls to work through the issues. Our beloved pets in spirit can volunteer to help these souls with their healing process.

All Animals Get Along in Heaven

In Heaven, all animals get along with one another. This is because they are in soul form, rather than in a physical form as they were on Earth. Heaven operates quite differently in that the lack of a physical body means that sustenance for that body is no longer needed. Carnivores do not need to eat meat, which means they are no longer a threat to what would have been their prey on Earth.

Reincarnation and Animals in Human Form

They meet us in Heaven and agree to come down for a lifetime with us. If there is a strong bond, animals can sometimes reincarnate again in your lifetime to join you in a different form and a slightly different way. They often exhibit similar characteristic behaviors of the original beloved pet, yet they also display behaviors that are unique to the new pet. This is because the soul has grown in Heaven which creates new characteristics. There are times when I have seen animals take on a human form in Heaven. From these viewings, it is my impression that souls can opt to live a lifetime in an animal form on Earth. The reasons for this can vary greatly; however, it is often to allow a soul to spend bonded time with another soul on Earth for a brief lifetime, instead of a longer lifetime in the form of a human soul. The roles of animals in our lives are amazing and much more than appears to be on the surface. Our beloved pets have strong connections with us, which are formed in Heaven before we are born. They are weaved into our soul contracts to help us learn important lessons for our souls while on Earth.

Reunion in Heaven

When our natural time to cross into Heaven comes, we are reunited with our beloved pets. We will see them as we know them, just as we do our human loved ones in spirit. Once we have been reunited, they can then show themselves to us in the form they have chosen in Heaven. Our beloved pets, much like our human loved ones in spirit, enjoy relaxation and favorite activities in Heaven, and can volunteer to share their love and skills with other souls, including our own. The bonds of love unite our souls and keep us connected across the cosmos through the hearts of our spirits. There are no boundaries to the love we share with all our loved ones in spirit, both human and animal.

Can Loved Ones in Spirit See Us from Heaven?

People often ask me if loved ones in spirit can see us from Heaven. Yes, they can and they often watch over us as Guardian Angels (Note: They do give us our privacy, when necessary). It is important to know that there is much more to a soul’s existence in Heaven beyond seeing events on Earth. Through the countless communications I have received from loved ones in spirit and the Angels, I have learned a great deal about our existence beyond life on Earth.

From Physical Body to the Soul’s Energy Form

Once our loved ones in spirit cross over into Heaven, their existence changes in profound ways. They are no longer hampered by the physical body they had on Earth. Any physical pain they experienced is gone as the soul in pure energy form. The soul moves forward to its next destination, Heaven, which is the home base of all souls. Even though souls are in energy form, they often choose to look like they did in life. This familiar form helps souls to transition into their new existence in Heaven in a comforting way. Once souls have acclimated to the heavenly plane, they can alter their appearance. Loved ones in spirit often show me they have opted to take the form of their younger selves at an age at which they were happy.

Guides for New Arrivals

The newly arrived souls are often paired with angelic guides and/or loved ones in spirit to help with the reorientation process. The guides teach or remind the new arrival of how they can visit loved ones on Earth, as well as how to send signs alerting those on Earth of their presence. Many people report unusual occurrences when a loved one passes, such as seeing a loved one in spirit in their dreams or even seeing them standing by their bedside in energy form around the time of their passing. In addition, they may send signs to let you know they are in Heaven. It could be a visual sign, such as the one my great aunt received when she asked her sister where she was after she passed. My great aunt was cleaning out her closet at the time and a book fell at her feet from the shelf above. The book’s title had something to do with time in Heaven. Other signs include feeling a loved one in spirit’s presence or smelling a scent that reminds you of them. There are many ways in which they will send signs, and they will utilize all your senses to do so. This is because soul-to-soul communication is a rich and complex form of communication that goes beyond verbal words to include experiences using all the senses.

Access to the Past and the Future

As for seeing events unfolding on Earth, loved ones in spirit not only have access to current events, but also to past and future events. Loved ones in spirit visit us often because they love us and want to help us. They know life on Earth is not easy. They do give us privacy during those ultra-private moments in our lives; however, your loved ones in spirit are around you much more often than you think. As for events from the past, they can retrieve and view experiences from the past from our Akashic records, which are the records of all that was, is, and will be for each soul in existence. They are our soul contracts for all our lifetimes. If loved ones in spirit need perspectives to help us with our lives, whether it is to achieve understanding from events from the past or to look into potential future events with which they can assist, they will retrieve the records with the approval of the Archangels who oversee the Hall of Records.

Still the Same Soul, but with a Higher Perspective

It is important to note the perspectives about life on Earth change after arrival in Heaven. Once loved ones in spirit experience the review of their lives, they gain a higher understanding of why events occurred the way they did. The veil that obscures knowledge of existence for them while in human form is removed, opening comprehension of the vast inner workings of our lives as human beings and our existence beyond life on Earth. Within, they are the same soul; however, they have a higher understanding and knowledge which helps them to view situations objectively, as well as grow as a soul through divine awareness. Which is why, when loved ones in spirit come through to communicate with those on this plane, they often indicate they are at peace. Because of the understanding they have attained, they no longer experience anger or upset. This is also true for the way people on Earth are handling situations since their passing. They may not like the way a loved one on Earth is behaving; however, due to their divine knowledge, they know why events are occurring in a certain way. It all has to do with lessons for our souls. They are not angry but can be saddened when someone is behaving in a manner which hurts themselves or others. The situations, though, are out of their hands. They cannot control how people behave. They can only watch over situations and hope for the best. There are times when they can step in to help from the Other Side; however, they are not allowed to interfere, especially if important lessons need to be learned.

What to Do with Belongings

As for the handling of their belongings after they pass, loved ones in spirit often convey that they would like items to be distributed in a fair way. It is unfortunate when people on Earth behave in a selfish or greedy way over the legacies left by loved ones who have crossed over. They do not like to see families torn apart by belongings or money. Even though they are aware of the lessons tied into these situations, they still hope loved ones remember it is more important to cultivate and nurture the relationships they have with one another through fair distribution, rather than hurtful actions driven by greed and selfish behaviors. Loved ones in spirit also often state they do not want loved ones on Earth to feel compelled to keep every object they ever owned because the objects are not them, they are only things which loved ones in spirit no longer need. Keeping objects of historical importance or positive memories is good, as long as they do not overload your home. During readings, I have had loved ones in spirit ask their relatives on Earth to donate that which is no longer needed to charities because they prefer their belongings to go to someone who can use them.

Heavenly Communications

All in all, our loved ones in spirit remain an important part of our lives, even though they have crossed over into Heaven. They are aware of events on Earth and do what they can to help us on our journeys here. There are many ways in which you can remain open to the communications they send, including learning how soul-to-soul communication works. While it differs from the way we communicate with each other on Earth, it is a language built into our souls which can be reawakened with knowledge and an openness to the extraordinary within the seemingly ordinary.

The Phenomenon of Objects Lost, Found, or Moved by Beings in Spirit

Have you ever had a beloved object disappear then reappear in an unusual location? Have you experienced photographs and artwork tilted or fallen off walls or knocked over on tabletops?

As strange as it may seem, beings in spirit, including our loved ones in spirit, have the ability to move and manipulate objects on Earth. They can also remove objects from our dimension to take them to another dimension. Most of the time, the objects are returned around the same location from which they were borrowed or they are placed in our path in an extraordinary way. Whenever it occurs, it is important to know your loved ones in spirit are around and are helping you with your life.

How Do Spirits Move Objects?

Everything in existence is made of energy. The ability to move and manipulate objects on Earth from another dimension is performed through the altering of energy. A relatable way of thinking of this is from the movie, “Ghost,” in which Patrick Swayze’s character in spirit pushes an object using an intense concentration of his energies. It is similar for our loved ones in spirit. Manipulating energy takes practice. They can learn how to do that, as well as how to manipulate energy to send signs of their presence, including but not limited to, placing objects in front of you that remind you of them, adding scents in the air that make you think of them, a strong feeling of their presence, and much more.

Why Do Spirits Move Objects?

There is much more to our existence than what appears to be. Our loved ones in spirit help us to become more aware of that through the signs they send. The ability to move objects is one of the signs that really gets our attention and is a phenomenon that is hard to explain away as a coincidence. They want us to know they are around, and this is one of the ways they get our attention.

While the borrowing or moving of objects often involves a beloved object, our loved ones in spirit are not doing this to upset us. They know we will pay attention to items important to us, which is why they choose those objects. The timing of when the objects disappear and reappear is also important, as this is when our loved ones in spirit are letting us know they are around and that they are supporting us.

There are cases in which a beloved object previously owned by a loved one in spirit disappears and cannot be found. Sometimes the connection with those objects is so strong that loved ones in spirit take them with them when they cross over or take them to another dimension at a later time. They do not mean to upset you when they do this. Again, it is their strong connection which drives them to bring it up to Heaven with them. The items may be returned at a later date, or they may be kept by those in Heaven. Most of the time items are returned. It can be a matter of minutes, hours, days, months, or years. In the rare instance an item is not returned, it is because of the strong attachment a loved one in spirit has with the object.

Personal Cases of Missing Jewelry

Many years ago, I was upset because I could not find two rings that were gifted to me by a family member. They were the first real rings I had ever owned and I thought it was my carelessness that caused me to misplace them. I even wrote about it in the journal I kept, noting the date and my upset with the loss. Exactly six months to the day that I lost the rings and one month from the day that I was moving to a new home, the rings were found resting on a white carpet in the middle of the doorway to my mother’s bedroom. My mom was in her room at the time and I asked her if she had had them sitting on the antique sewing machine which was right next to the door. I could not fathom how they had arrived in the location they did and my only logical thought was that she had them and they were knocked off the sewing machine table onto the floor. My mom stated that she did not have them at any time. She knew I had lost them and stated she would have told me if she found them. As we stared in awe at the rings sparkling on the floor, I thought it was the woman in spirit who used to own my mother’s home who borrowed my rings. Because there have been many other instances which I can attribute to them, I believe it was my great grandparents in spirit who borrowed the rings and brought them back, as they built the home I was moving into.

Another example of jewelry borrowing happened when I was standing in front of my four-foot-tall dresser taking my jewelry off after getting home from an event. As I removed one of my earrings, it fell from my hand, hit my shoe, and bounced off. I heard and felt the earring hit the top of my shoe. I had the immediate impression that the earring was no longer in this dimension. I had the distinct feeling it had been borrowed as had happened to other pieces in the past. Even so, I looked for it on the floor and could not find it. Two weeks later, I opened the second drawer of the dresser to find a pair of socks. As I reached in, I heard something scraping the bottom of the drawer as I moved the socks to find the pair I wanted. As I moved them aside, I found the earring that had disappeared. There is no logical way the earring bounced up three feet off the toe of my shoe and into a closed drawer. When I asked who in spirit was responsible for the borrowing of my jewelry, the impression I received was from my mischievous best friend, Al. He liked to have a little fun with me and this was his way of getting my attention.

Other Ways Spirit Moves Objects

While jewelry seems to be a favorite object to borrow or move, loved ones in spirit have the capability to move or manipulate any objects. My dad loves to tilt pictures and even knocked over a small painting of my sister and me. My best friend, Al, used to love changing the time on a battery-powered clock I owned. All in all, there is no limit to what they can do; however, it is good to keep in mind that they move or borrow objects mainly to gain our attention in order to let us know they are around. All actions they take come from a place of love as there is no negativity in Heaven.

Do you know that no matter what actions you take, you are always on the right path for you? Even when it seems mistakes are being made or you are unsure about which path to follow, events are being orchestrated from the Other Side to help lead you into situations which provide opportunities for growth and the evolution of your soul.

Soul Lessons

Deep within our souls, we have information that contains our goals for this lifetime. These goals are defined by the soul contracts created prior to birth about the lessons we agreed to learn for this lifetime. This information is veiled from us when we are born in order to allow us to work through challenges and experiences with an open mind. It also provides opportunities for us to rediscover the spiritual aspects of our souls and our divine reasons for being. In many ways, it may seem as though we are blindly forging ahead, not knowing what will happen or what to expect. This cannot be further from the truth as we are constantly being guided into situations to help us with our lives. We receive a tremendous amount of assistance from our Heavenly Support Teams who help us navigate our paths through signs and messages, as well as help us to be in the right place at the right time for events to unfold with perfect divine timing.

Worrying About Outcomes

As human beings, we have the tendency to worry about outcomes and will attempt to take actions to drive the outcomes we desire. Questions swirl in our minds about what is going to happen in the future with our relationships, careers, jobs, finances, children, parents, friends, family, pets, and more. We question our decisions and actions, often wondering if they were the right ones. It is natural to be concerned about what will happen next. Excessive worrying, though, can halt progress and rob us of the present because we can become lost in the various worst-case scenarios our minds create. If you find yourself getting lost in worry, especially about situations beyond your control, it is very helpful to think of potential backup plans and actions you can take. By doing so, you are redirecting your thinking to possible solutions instead of repeatedly focusing on the problems. When even that becomes difficult to do and you find yourself struggling or feeling overwhelmed, it may be time to “let go and let God.” This means surrendering your problems to God, knowing that God can handle them better than you, and waiting for direction on the next steps you should take. It is a form of surrender in which you let go of the desire to control outcomes and allow the divine to help steer you in the best direction. It is not a relinquishing of responsibility for situations. It is providing your soul with a break from stress and worry to allow you to reset your thinking and open your thought process to new solutions.

Divine Intervention

All experiences, whether positive or negative, are designed to help us successfully progress through our soul lessons. The Archangels, tasked with helping humankind with their journeys, facilitate events on earth to maximize the opportunities for each soul. The timing, whether you agree with it or not, is truly amazing. The sheer scale of the real-time planning and organization of events is mind-boggling.

With every action there is a reaction with rippling effects across the lives of many, which then creates more actions and reactions, all of which tie into our individual soul contracts. The ripples keep going without end, creating perpetual cycles which weave together to simultaneously assist with the achievement of personal soul lessons while maintaining a functioning world. The incredible precision for the timing of events for millions of people is truly astounding; and yet, it occurs often without notice or appreciation. It is usually when major events line up in such a way that the only conclusion is divine intervention, that our eyes are opened to this phenomenon of being in sync with our divine plans and we recognize the hand of something greater than us steering our course.

How Our Heavenly Support Teams Help Us

Life on Earth is an accelerated course for soul evolution. We have voluntarily opted to live a lifetime on Earth to learn lessons for the development of our souls, and the negativity we encounter speeds up the process. In Heaven, negativity does not exist. Soul development does occur there; however, the lessons are based more on the giving of service, learning about the many levels of existence, and exploring the multi-faceted methods for communicating across planes.

In our journey through life, we are not left to our own devices. Each of us is given extra assistance from our Heavenly Support Team, which includes God, the angels, loved ones in spirit, past spiritual masters, and spirit guides. They send us signs and messages on a daily basis that can help guide us on our life paths. The key to unlocking the knowledge that is at our disposal is to learn how to recognize and decipher the communications that are being sent from your support team in Heaven. The benefits of receiving this insider advice is almost immeasurable, as it can have far-reaching effects on the positive development of your soul.

Ascension Removes the Veil

When our loved ones ascend to Heaven, knowledge that was obscured from them while on Earth is revealed, giving them a better understanding of the reasons behind their experiences on Earth. They do not become all-knowing, but they do attain greater insight that enables them to see the events on Earth from a more informed perspective. This insight can be utilized to help you navigate your life path if you open yourself to the guidance that is shared by your Heavenly Support Team.

In addition to your loved ones in Heaven, you have seasoned spirit guides and angels that have specific knowledge about your chosen life path. They have access to your Akashic Records, which contain information about your past incarnations, as well as the plans for your current incarnation on Earth. The plans contain the life lessons you have chosen to learn, as well as an outline of certain events that could potentially occur in your lifetime. Your Personal Tour Guides for Life

Each day you can receive messages from spirit that are like sign posts directing you toward the best path in your daily life, which also impacts your overall life plan. It is like having extremely knowledgeable tour guides to help you navigate the vast experiences of life on Earth. Because these tour guides are in the energy form of spirit and have advanced communication abilities, they use all our senses to get their messages across to us. The greatest challenge they have in communicating with human beings is the built-in system that purposefully creates obstacles through the illusion of fear. This system is referred to as the human ego. It is the seat of negative thoughts that tell you this cannot be possible, that you will not succeed, or that signs and messages from spirit are just a coincidence. You can teach yourself to break past the negative illusions and thoughts to experience the extraordinary connections with your Heavenly Support Team.

Breaking through the Veil

The mental block that is put in place when we are born, otherwise known as the human ego, is a veil that can be parted through conscious awareness of the existence of life beyond the human experience. The first step to managing the negativity created by the human ego is to recognize when thoughts of failure, dismissal, and self-depreciation enter our minds. Halt those thoughts in their tracks by acknowledging their presence and thinking “STOP” in your mind. Then, replace those thoughts with positive affirmations or beliefs about the topic. For example, if you catch yourself thinking the repeated references you keep seeing about your loved one in Heaven are just a coincidence, say “STOP” in your mind, and replace it with “There are no coincidences. These are signs from my loved one in Heaven.” By opening your mind to the extraordinary possibilities of the universe and trusting that loving spirits do exist on other planes, you can consciously open the communication channel that moves past the ego and delivers specific and helpful guidance for your life path.

Everyone Is Born with the Gift of Mediumship to Some Degree

Everyone is born with the ability to communicate via spirit. It is the way we communicate with God, the angels, our loved ones in spirit, spirit guides, and each other. Our prayers, thoughts, and requests for assistance are sent to God, the angels, and our loved ones using telepathic transmissions from one spirit to another, similar to the way in which wireless signals are sent from one computer to another.

When we communicate with each other on Earth, these signals are being sent back and forth via our spirits; however, it is something that occurs in the background of conscious awareness. When you are speaking with someone, you know in your heart when a person’s words do not sound or feel right. There may be a nagging thought in the back of your mind or a slight clenching of your stomach muscles that may indicate that this person is not speaking his or her truth. This intuitive information comes from your spirit which houses a higher consciousness and understanding of spirit-to-spirit communication.

Even though everyone is born with the gift of mediumship, it does not mean that everyone on Earth is destined to be a spirit medium who shares his or her gifts on a professional level. Just as certain people are born with the ability to excel in sports, others are born with the ability to excel in spirit communication. Your path is unique to you, and if mediumship is your calling, you will know it. If it is not, you can still learn how to use the gift to communicate with your Heavenly Support Team in a way that will benefit you and your loved ones.

A Map to Lead the Way

The benefits of tuning in to the positive messages which come from enlightened beings in Heaven can be equated to being given a map to help you find the most beneficial path to get to your destination, which is the evolvement of your soul through life lessons. Please know that spiritual beings will not give you all the answers or solve all your problems for you. They will sometimes only provide clues or messages to guide you along the way. It is your job as a soul seeking knowledge and learning lessons to make decisions through free will. If you were given all the answers, lessons would not be learned and there would be no point in taking the journey.

Examples of Signs

There are many ways that our Heavenly Support Team sends us messages. It is an abstract form of communication that uses all our senses and goes beyond straightforward verbal and non-verbal cues. Your mind must be open to experiencing and recognizing the extraordinary in the ordinary that surrounds you each day. Here are a few of the more common methods used to transmit messages:

  • Music – Songs you hear in your head or that play on the radio at seemingly coincidental times, are often messages from spirit. Pay attention to the lyrics that you are hearing. If you do not know all the words to the song or the title, look it up. There is a message in it for you about a current event in your life. You could also be hearing music that reminds you of a loved one who has passed away. For instance, my dad loved the band, I often hear “Don’t Stop Believing” in my head or on the radio at times when I need a positive boost. As a note, negative songs and lyrics are not sent from your Heavenly Support Team. They only send positive or helpful messages to help you navigate your life.
  • Visual Clues – When you see an object or image that reminds you of a loved one, it is them letting you know that they are around and that they are sending their love. For instance, one morning I turned on my television and there was a show on about model trains that popped up on the screen. I have no idea what channel I had left the television on the night before, but this was odd because it appeared to be a very old show from the 1960s. I immediately knew this was my dad letting me know that he was around and that he was sending me his love. His major hobby was collecting model trains. There are no coincidences in this world, and many people may have written that off as strange, but if you open your mind, you can learn how to recognize these subtle, and not-so-subtle, messages from spirit.
    • When sending guidance, pay attention to repeated messages that you see or read. Your Heavenly Support Team will place visual items in your path to help provide answers or guidance. Again, there are no coincidences. Pay attention to repetitious messages and signs as they are trying to help you.
  • Feeling a Presence – Some people on Earth have a very strong sense of extrasensory feeling, or clairsentience. They can physically feel the presence of a loved one in spirit. I often feel the presence of my cats who are in Heaven when I lay down to go to sleep. I feel the warmth of their love in the shape of their bodies that they had on Earth. It feels like a living cat has curled up next to me, and it may be accompanied by the feeling of a slight depression in the bed where they are laying. This may sound scary to some who have not experienced it; however, for those of us who have, it is comforting to feel the warmth and affection of loved ones in spirit.
    • When guidance comes through the sense of feeling, you may experience a feeling that something is off with a situation, which may be accompanied by a clenching of your stomach. If it is an uplifting feeling of joy or great hope, you are being given approval to move forward.
  • Scent in the Air – Have you ever picked up on a scent in the air that does not seem to fit in with your surroundings, such as cookies baking in your office or cigar smoke in a non-smoking hotel? Loved ones in spirit alter the molecules in the air to pipe in certain scents that remind you of them. It could be the smell of their perfume or a mechanic’s garage. When you pick up these unusual scents in the air that seem to have no logical source, who is it that you think of? Is it your grandmother who baked great cookies for family gatherings? Is it your father who used to love working on cars and often came home smelling of grease and oil from his mechanic’s garage? The scents are usually strong and distinct, and they may be picked up on by others in your vicinity. That is because the scent is piped into the air when they send this type of message to you.
    • Guidance through the sense of smell can sometimes have unusual connotations. For example, my Heavenly Support Team uses the scent of a skunk to indicate someone is on the defensive. When this occurs, I know how to handle the situation with great care as the person I am talking to may not be able to hear what needs to be said because they are too busy feeling as though they need to defend themselves or that they do not want to be negatively perceived for their decisions.
  • Cravings Out of the Blue – Have you ever had a sudden craving for your deceased mother’s apple pie, a craving so strong that you can taste it in your mouth? This is yet another way that spirit sends messages to us. The way they send this message is like the way they send messages that utilize our sense of smell. They alter the molecules in the air to send energy associated with certain tastes to the sensors in our mouths. This type of message is usually confused with physical cravings for certain foods. It is important when you experience a very strong craving to take a moment to think about whether this is a message being sent from spirit. Do you associate what you are craving with a particular loved one in Heaven? If so, acknowledge the loved one in spirit for their presence and the sign they sent. Know that they are there to support you in your endeavors and want you to know they are there for you.

When you recognize the signs sent by your Heavenly Support Team, be sure to thank them for their efforts. They are always pleased when their transmissions are successful because it means that you are open and paying attention to their loving messages and guidance. You can also ask them for clarity and for more signs to reinforce the direction they would like you to go.
