This interactive course provides in-depth information about the Dr. Mikao Usui method of Reiki energy healing for the mind, body, and spirit that brings a feeling of well-being, peace, and calm that flows throughout your entire being. It is as relaxing as a massage without the massage. The healing energies go to the core of your being, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual health issues.
In Karen’s Level 1 workshop, you will learn about the history and principles of Reiki, as well as the fundamentals of practicing Reiki on yourself and others. Karen practices a blend of Pranic and Reiki energy healing, which will be incorporated into this course. All students will receive an attunement to increase his or her openness and connection to the universal life-force energy, which is the energy that is utilized when administering Reiki energy healing.
After completing the Reiki Energy Healing Level 1 Workshop, you will:
- Have a more complete understanding of the history, principles, and methods for administering Reiki at the beginner level, including appropriate Level I symbology.
- Be able to practice Reiki 1 energy healing on yourself and others.
- Be more open to the source of universal life-force energy, which will open the gateway to attunement with your spirit and higher self.
- Have a better understanding of energy centers and their purposes (e.g., chakras and auras).
- Receive Reiki 1 certification and attunement.
