Private audio and video recordings will not be shared without permission from participants with the exception of legal proceedings, security issues, and investigations from governmental agencies or other companies for authorized law enforcement investigations. Public audio or video recordings can be shared, edited, and used by Healing Spirit with Love, LLC for the purposes of promotion and marketing, radio and podcast sessions, voiceovers, television or movie filming (including, but limited to, television episodes, documentaries, advertisements, and features), security issues, legal proceedings, and investigations from governmental agencies or other companies for authorized law enforcement investigations.

- Healing Spirit with Love, LLC reserves the right to publish, discuss, or use any portions of feedback provided for any and all readings, Reiki sessions, consultations, events, and workshops as a testimonial with the use of only the first name of the submitter and the state/country of origin. Personal identifying information within the feedback will not be shared to protect the identity of the submitter.

Terms and Conditions of Readings, Reiki Sessions, Consultations, Events, and Workshops
- Readings, Reiki sessions, consultations, events, and workshops provided by Healing Spirit with Love, LLC are not a substitute for seeking professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological assistance. If you are in need of medical, psychiatric, or psychological assistance, consult with a licensed medical professional for the appropriate care.
- By participating in any reading, Reiki session, consultation, event, or workshop, you accept full responsibility for all your actions and decisions. Healing Spirit with Love, LLC is not liable for any actions or decisions taken by any individual as a result of a reading, Reiki session, consultation, event, or workshop.
- On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Healing Spirit with Love, LLC, including its employees, employers, and any other persons associated with Healing Spirit with Love, LLC, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a reading, Reiki session, consultation, event, or workshop with Healing Spirit with Love, LLC. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your reading, Reiki session, consultation, event, or workshop attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Healing Spirit with Love, LLC, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a reading, coaching session or learning program resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Healing Spirit with Love, LLC, its employees, employers, or any other person associated with Healing Spirit with Love, LLC.
- In the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Healing Spirit with Love, LLC or all persons associated with Healing Spirit with Love, LLC as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Healing Spirit with Love, LLC and all persons associated with Healing Spirit with Love, LLC from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims.
