Life on Earth is an accelerated course for soul evolution. We have voluntarily opted to live a lifetime on Earth to learn lessons for the development of our souls, and the negativity we encounter speeds up the process. In Heaven, negativity does not exist. Soul development does occur there; however, the lessons are based more on the giving of service, learning about the many levels of existence, and exploring the multi-faceted methods for communicating across planes. In our journey through life, we are not left to our own devices. Each of us is given extra assistance from our Heavenly Support Team, which includes God, the angels, loved ones in spirit, and spirit guides. They send us signs and messages on a daily basis that can help guide us on our life paths. The key to unlocking the knowledge that is at our disposal is to learn how to recognize and decipher the communications that are being sent from your support team in Heaven. The benefits of receiving this insider advice is almost immeasurable, as it can have far-reaching effects on the positive development of your soul.

Ascension Removes the Veil

When our loved ones ascend to Heaven, knowledge that was obscured from them while on Earth is revealed, giving them a better understanding of the reasons behind their experiences on Earth. They do not become all-knowing, but they do attain greater insight that enables them to see the events on Earth from a more informed perspective. This insight can be utilized to help you navigate your life path if you open yourself to the guidance that is shared by your Heavenly Support Team. In addition to your loved ones in Heaven, you have seasoned spirit guides and angels that have specific knowledge about your chosen life path. They have access to your Akashic Records, which contain information about your past incarnations, as well as the plans for your current incarnation on Earth. The plans contain the life lessons you have chosen to learn, as well as an outline of certain events that could potentially occur in your lifetime. These events could be major turning points in your soul’s evolution that come as a result of the choices you make about you, your relationships, your thought processes, and your purpose. In essence, you are never alone. There is always a kind and loving spirit nearby who is willing to assist you with your life path. Having an open mind, and a heightened level of awareness about the existence and presence of these spiritual beings, are the first steps you can take toward recognizing and receiving messages from your Heavenly Support Team.

Your Personal Tour Guides for Life

Each day you can receive messages from spirit that are like sign posts directing you toward the best path in your daily life, which also impacts your overall life plan. It is like having extremely knowledgeable tour guides to help you navigate the vast experiences of life on Earth. Because these tour guides are in the energy form of spirit and have advanced communication abilities, they use all our senses to get their messages across to us. The greatest challenge they have in communicating with human beings is the built-in system that purposefully creates obstacles through the illusion of fear. This system is referred to as the human ego. It is the seat of negative thoughts that tell you this cannot be possible, that you will not succeed, or that signs and messages from spirit are just a coincidence. You can teach yourself to break past the negative illusions and thoughts to experience the extraordinary connections with your Heavenly Support Team.

Breaking through the Veil

The mental block that is put in place when we are born, otherwise known as the human ego, is a veil that can be parted through conscious awareness of the existence of life beyond the human experience. The first step to managing the negativity created by the human ego is to recognize when thoughts of failure, dismissal, and self-depreciation enter our minds. Halt those thoughts in their tracks by acknowledging their presence and thinking “STOP” in your mind. Then, replace those thoughts with positive affirmations or beliefs about the topic. For example, if you catch yourself thinking the repeated references you keep seeing about your loved one in Heaven are just a coincidence, say “STOP” in your mind, and replace it with “There are no coincidences. These are signs from my loved one in Heaven.” By opening your mind to the extraordinary possibilities of the universe and trusting that loving spirits do exist on other planes, you can consciously open the communication channel that moves past the ego and delivers specific and helpful guidance for your life path.

Everyone Is Born with the Gift of Mediumship

Everyone is born with the ability to communicate via spirit. It is the way we communicate with God, the angels, our loved ones in spirit, spirit guides, and each other. Our prayers, thoughts, and requests for assistance are sent to God, the angels, and our loved ones using telepathic transmissions from one spirit to another, similar to the way in which wireless signals are sent from one computer to another. When we communicate with each other on Earth, these signals are being sent back and forth via our spirits; however, it is something that occurs in the background of conscious awareness. When you are speaking with someone, you know in your heart when a person’s words do not sound or feel right. There may be a nagging thought in the back of your mind or a slight clenching of your stomach muscles that may indicate that this person is not speaking his or her truth. This intuitive information comes from your spirit which houses a higher consciousness and understanding of spirit-to-spirit communication. Even though everyone is born with the gift of mediumship, it does not mean that everyone on Earth is destined to be a spirit medium who shares his or her gifts on a professional level. Just as certain people are born with the ability to excel in sports, others are born with the ability to excel in spirit communication. Your path is unique to you, and if mediumship is your calling, you will know it. If it is not, you can still learn how to use the gift to communicate with your Heavenly Support Team in a way that will benefit you and your loved ones.

A Map to Lead the Way

The benefits of tuning in to the positive messages which come from enlightened beings in Heaven can be equated to being given a map to help you find the most beneficial path to get to your destination, which is the evolvement of your soul through life lessons. Please know that spiritual beings will not give you all the answers or solve all your problems for you. They will sometimes only provide clues or messages to guide you along the way. It is your job as a soul seeking knowledge and learning lessons to make decisions through free will. If you were given all the answers, lessons would not be learned and there would be no point in taking the journey.

Examples of Signs

There are many ways that our Heavenly Support Team sends us messages. It is an abstract form of communication that uses all our senses and goes beyond straightforward verbal and non-verbal cues. Your mind must be open to experiencing and recognizing the extraordinary in the ordinary that surrounds you each day. Here are a few of the more common methods used to transmit messages:

  • Music – Songs you hear in your head or that play on the radio at seemingly coincidental times, are often messages from spirit. Pay attention to the lyrics that you are hearing. If you do not know all the words to the song or the title, look it up. There is a message in it for you about a current event in your life. You could also be hearing music that reminds you of a loved one who has passed away. For instance, my dad loved the band, I often hear “Don’t Stop Believing” in my head or on the radio at times when I need a positive boost. As a note, negative songs and lyrics are not sent from your Heavenly Support Team. They only send positive or helpful messages to help you navigate your life.
  • Visual Clues – When you see an object or image that reminds you of a loved one, it is them letting you know that they are around and that they are sending their love. For instance, one morning I turned on my television and there was a show on about model trains that popped up on the screen. I have no idea what channel I had left the television on the night before, but this was odd because it appeared to be a very old show from the 1960s. I immediately knew this was my dad letting me know that he was around and that he was sending me his love. His major hobby was collecting model trains. There are no coincidences in this world, and many people may have written that off as strange, but if you open your mind, you can learn how to recognize these subtle, and not-so-subtle, messages from spirit.
    • When seeking guidance, pay attention to repeated messages that you see or read. Your Heavenly Support Team will place visual items in your path to help provide answers or guidance. Again, there are no coincidences. Pay attention to repetitious messages and signs as they are trying to help you.
  • Feeling a Presence – Some people on Earth have a very strong sense of extrasensory feeling, or clairsentience. They can physically feel the presence of a loved one in spirit. I often feel the presence of my cats who are in Heaven when I lay down to go to sleep. I feel the warmth of their love in the shape of their bodies that they had on Earth. It feels like a living cat has curled up next to me, and it may be accompanied by the feeling of a slight depression in the bed where they are laying. This may sound scary to some who have not experienced it; however, for those of us who have, it is comforting to feel the warmth and affection of loved ones in spirit.
    • When guidance comes through the sense of feeling, you may experience a feeling that something is off with a situation, which may be accompanied by a clenching of your stomach. If it is an uplifting feeling of joy or great hope, you are being given approval to move forward.
  • Scent in the Air – Have you ever picked up on a scent in the air that does not seem to fit in with your surroundings, such as cookies baking in your office or cigar smoke in a non-smoking hotel? Loved ones in spirit alter the molecules in the air to pipe in certain scents that remind you of them. It could be the smell of their perfume or a mechanic’s garage. When you pick up these unusual scents in the air that seem to have no logical source, who is it that you think of? Is it your grandmother who baked great cookies for family gatherings? Is it your father who used to love working on cars and often came home smelling of grease and oil from his mechanic’s garage? The scents are usually strong and distinct, and they may be picked up on by others in your vicinity. That is because the scent is piped into the air when they send this type of message to you.
    • Guidance through the sense of smell can sometimes have unusual connotations. For example, my Heavenly Support Team uses the scent of a skunk to indicate someone is on the defensive. When this occurs, I know how to handle the situation with great care as the person I am talking to may not be able to hear what needs to be said because they are too busy feeling as though they need to defend themselves or that they do not want to be negatively perceived for their decisions.
  • Cravings Out of the Blue – Have you ever had a sudden craving for your deceased mother’s apple pie, a craving so strong that you can taste it in your mouth? This is yet another way that spirit sends messages to us. The way they send this message is like the way they send messages that utilize our sense of smell. They alter the molecules in the air to send energy associated with certain tastes to the sensors in our mouths. This type of message is usually confused with physical cravings for certain foods. It is important when you experience a very strong craving to take a moment to think about whether this is a message being sent from spirit. Do you associate what you are craving with a particular loved one in Heaven? If so, acknowledge the loved one in spirit for their presence and the sign they sent. Know that they are there to support you in your endeavors and want you to know they are there for you.

Thank Them for the Signs

When you recognize the signs sent by your Heavenly Support Team, be sure to thank them for their efforts. They are always pleased when their transmissions are successful because it means that you are open and paying attention to their loving messages and guidance. You can also ask them for clarity and for more signs to reinforce the direction they would like you to go.

Glimpses into Heaven

People often ask me what Heaven is like and what our loved ones in spirit are doing there. As a Spirit Medium, I have the unique ability to communicate with those on the Other Side and, in the process, they often provide me with glimpses of Heaven.

Our universe is much bigger and more diverse than most people on Earth can fathom. There are other worlds and dimensions which we travel to as souls for unique learning experiences. Our home base is Heaven, which is the starting point from which we were created, and it is the place we return to for rest and recuperate after our many experiences and adventures on Earth. There are other places in the universe where we can visit and experience lifetimes; however, I focus primarily on our experiences on Earth as that is something to which we can all relate and remember. Heaven is a place of healing, love, knowledge, and learning. It is a hive of activity with beings coming and going according to their soul plans and contracts, beings actively involved in the inner workings of Heaven, magnificent reunions with gala parties for the recently returned, lifetime reviews, and much more.

Arrival in Heaven

Upon arrival in Heaven, we are greeted by a welcoming angel or loved one in spirit who proceeds to help us become re-oriented to Heaven. Often, our guides are members of the delegation who help us to cross over into Heaven when our time on Earth is coming to an end. Our guide helps us to navigate our way through Heaven and to visit loved ones on Earth to see the events occurring since our passing. They also help us to send signs to our loved ones on Earth to let them know we are doing well and have made it to Heaven. Our guides are with us when we attend the memorial services and life celebrations in our honor on Earth and often stay with us, help us, and teach us until we are ready to visit our loved ones on Earth on our own. Older souls, who have experienced many reincarnations, are much faster at being able to communicate across dimensions because they have done this in the past. Younger souls, who have not had as many reincarnations, can take classes in Heaven to help them learn how to communicate via their spirits, send signs, appear in dreams, and manipulate energy on Earth to move objects, and more.

Creating Your World

Heaven truly is what we make of it. Resources are only limited by our minds and the levels we reached in our soul’s evolution. We can create homes using thought and they can be whatever we want them to be. For instance, you can have a quaint cottage by a lakeshore or a majestic castle with many rooms. Whatever you would like your personal slice of Heaven to be is what it is. Beautiful imagery of buildings and collective spaces, which are the collaborative efforts of many in spirit to create environments, have been shared with me through readings. This includes nightclubs from the 1940s where Frank Sinatra would sing and entertain, Victorian-era towns and cities, stunningly beautiful parks with elegant flowers and trees, ancient temples from Atlantis and Lemuria, modern and ancient sports complexes, and much, much more. Often, loved ones in spirit show me the homes they grew up in recreated in Heaven, as well as dream homes with glorious views of mountains, gleaming bodies of water, and rolling hills with amazingly green grass. The colors up there are gorgeous and much more intense than they are on Earth.

We also have the power to control our personal appearance in Heaven. I have frequently seen loved ones in spirit, including pets, as the younger versions of themselves enjoying their time in Heaven. We usually opt to look like we did on Earth because that is what we are used to; however, it is usually the younger versions of ourselves in our prime. It is my impression that the level of what you can do in Heaven and where you reside correlates with the level your soul has reached with its evolution. For example, a younger soul who has not had a lot of reincarnations and who committed crimes on Earth because they have not yet learned the way of love, do not have the same abilities and access to certain areas of Heaven. In addition, there are many spiritual hospitals for these souls, as well as institutions of learning to help them to better comprehend the true purpose of their existence. Older souls who have gained knowledge with each lifetime not only have greater expertise, but also greater access to more of the levels of Heaven. They are free to create what they wish and can travel to more locations in Heaven and beyond.

Activities in Heaven

In Heaven, time does not run on the same cycles as it does on Earth. I have not yet been provided with an equivalent measure, and this may be because one does not exist or that it is to remain a mystery from humankind for now. However, I do know we have plenty of time up there to explore a whole host of activities, while also watching over our loved ones on Earth. After a lifetime on Earth, we often need time to recover from the rough and tumble ride we encountered. When we cross over into Heaven, all our physical ailments automatically disappear because our souls are no longer housed in a physical body. Our minds and souls also receive healing. Those in need of deep healing have shown me in what I refer to as the Spiritual Hospital, which is much like a mental health hospital is on Earth but with angels in attendance to facilitate the healing process. There are inpatient programs and outpatient programs depending on the needs of the soul. As healing occurs, these souls are gradually integrated into existence in Heaven to fully enjoy the paradise of Heaven’s offerings. Those who have healed or are ready to fully enjoy their time in Heaven, often send me images of themselves reunited with all their loved ones in Heaven, relaxing and participating in their favorite pastimes, such as fishing, creating art, and spending time with people and pets who have crossed over before them.

Because of the love shared between souls and the connection that goes beyond death, loved ones in spirit often visit their friends and family here on Earth to see how they are doing. They are fully aware of events happening on Earth. They are allowed to help in certain ways with our lives through the sending of signs and messages; however, they cannot interfere with life lessons we need to experience or alter the soul contracts we agreed to prior to birth. Because of this, it may sometimes seem as if God, the Archangels, and loved ones in spirit are not helping us. They are helping us. It may be in ways we do not understand or anticipate because they have a higher understanding of what we need for the fulfillment of our soul contracts for this lifetime. Because our souls continue to exist and grow, Heaven offers opportunities to learn new skills and meet other souls, like we can on Earth. Images and information have been sent to me during readings of loved ones in spirit taking classes in music and art, as well as spirit-to-spirit communication and how to work with the energies on Earth and in Heaven. Many times, I have been shown friendships and relationships being formed, as well as family members in spirit who did not meet while on Earth getting to know one another. In Heaven, we can also volunteer for jobs. They are not like jobs on Earth. We choose what we would like to do, such as becoming a guardian angel to those we love on Earth, a muse who helps send ideas to those on Earth, a greeter at Heaven’s gates, or an assistant to the angels. Many souls enjoy being of service and Heaven offers many opportunities to bring to your spirit what you need most.

The Hall of Records

Within our magnificent home base of Heaven, there is a Hall of Records which contains information about everything that was, is, and will be for each of our souls. The files, which are referred to as the Akashic Records, contain our soul contracts for each lifetime, including the present one, as well as every detail of the lifetimes we have lived and are living, and information about future events for our souls. The future events are written in outline form and can be updated depending upon the actions we take in our current lifetimes. This is because of free will. There are events which are scheduled to occur in alignment with agreed-to soul contracts; however, the minute details may not be written yet due to constantly changing conditions here on Earth based on the decisions we make. When I am shown the Hall of Records, I see a large, white Parthenon-style building with a wide set of stairs leading up to a landing with six regal columns. Scattered throughout the image are people dressed in many different styles of clothing, as well as scholars and attendants in comfortable white- or cream-colored tunics and gowns. As a note, past life information can be accessed within the Hall of Records in an interactive manner, which allows visitors to delve into the past to retrieve information in a way that immerses them in the experiences. The Archangels, who are tasked with overseeing everything having to do with humankind and Earth, manage the Hall of Records and work with many orders of angels to help organize and facilitate events on Earth which coincide with soul plans and lessons for all on our planet. Guardian angels, some of whom are people who lived on Earth who volunteer to help their loved ones, are also given tasks and permission to send communications by the Archangels. For those who volunteer to be guardian angels to loved ones on Earth, they are given specific access to the Akashic Records for those they are watching over. They are allowed to communicate approved information through dreams, signs, and spirit-to-spirit communication – either directly or through someone who specializes in this unique system of communication, such as a spirit medium.

Epiphanies from Heaven and the Universal Mind

Heaven is an imagination hub, or conglomeration, where all ideas are created and sent through epiphanies to souls meant to bring them to fruition based on their soul contracts. The idea hatchery is often referred to as the Universal Mind. The ideas are disseminated at the appropriate time and place by God and the Archangels, as well as those who assist them. It is then the job of the Archangels to assign a muse to share the ideas with the beings destined to bring the ideas to fruition on Earth or in another world or dimension.  Specific orders of angels, as well as loved ones in spirit who have volunteered to serve as muses, are responsible for the actual transmission of the ideas to the matching soul. There is a significant amount of real-time organization which takes place to facilitate this process. Many events and circumstances need to be devised at the proper times to bring ideas to light with the proper resources for the recipient.  It is an incredible process which is also employed for the events and circumstances in our daily lives, in which we are placed in situations which encourage optimum opportunities for working through the lessons we agreed to in our soul contracts.

Why Do We Leave Heaven?

People often ask why we leave Heaven if it is so wonderful. We agree to temporarily leave Heaven to accelerate the growth of our souls. The lack of negativity in Heaven provides a certain kind of learning that is missing the great challenges that life on Earth or what other worlds may offer. We agree to a lifetime on Earth for strong and fast lessons, but then return to Heaven when our lessons have been completed. There are very important reasons why we need to be here and why we have the experiences we do. One of the most important is to discover our spiritual connection to all there is. Once we do return to Heaven, we have time to rest and enjoy activities we love while waiting for our loved ones on Earth to join us at their designated time. The love we share with one another keeps us connected across all dimensions because love is at the heart of our very existence. Once we are reunited with our closest soul groups, we decide where and when we would like our next adventure to begin.

Experiencing Paranormal Activity? It Could Be Your Loved Ones in Spirit

There is much more to our world than what appears to be. Our loved ones who have crossed over into Heaven have amazing access to our world, which means they can not only communicate across dimensions, but also can make their presence known to us in ways that use all our senses. They do not mean to frighten you with their activity, but rather, they want to get your attention to let you know they are around and to share helpful information with you about your life or the lives of those you love. Anyone who has lost a loved one can experience paranormal activity. It does not mean you have a ghost in your home, but rather loved ones in spirit who are doing their best to let you know you are loved and supported. Knowing how they do this will help you to understand communications across dimensions and why it is happening.

There are many ways in which loved ones in spirit try to gain your attention. If you are ignoring their subtler signs, which can easily happen if you are not aware of the signs, they may increase their activities to the point in which you cannot ignore them. Usually, this is when people reach out to me to figure out what is going on. Here are some examples of how loved ones in spirit try to get your attention:

Seeing Signs from Spirit

  • Seeing them, a bar of light, or shadow out of the corner of your eye. Most of the time when you turn to look, the shape or image is no longer visible.
  • Repeatedly seeing numbers that remind you of a loved one in spirit, such as a house number, birthday, death date, anniversary, or favorite number.
  • Seeing repeated visual reminders of them in the form of images or words, such as frequent references to their favorite activities, jobs they worked, or favorite locations.
  • Visitations in your dreams.
  • The appearance or images of butterflies, ladybugs, cardinals, blue jays, dragonflies, hummingbirds, hawks, rainbows, coins, and more could be a sign that a loved one in spirit is near.
  • Moving objects, such as tilting pictures or artwork, knocking a picture or artwork over or off the wall, making a rocking chair rock on its own, or moving a small object like a pen.
  • Removing objects from your space and returning them. Often the objects are important to you or them, such as jewelry, photographs, keys, or watches.
  • Electronics acting up, including the digitizing of your television screen, the freezing or malfunctioning of phones and computers in a strange manner, lights blinking or blowing out, or car windows malfunctioning (going up and down on their own).
  • Seeing your loved one in spirit fully manifested in front of you like a ghost (rare but does occur). They do not do this often because it takes a tremendous amount of energy to do this and it can sometimes be disconcerting to the person seeing them.

Hearing Signs from Spirit

  • Hearing your name being called in their voice.
  • Hearing music that reminds you of them, especially if it is a song you would not normally hear or hearing it with perfect timing to coincide with your thinking of them.
  • Hearing music that plays in your head. As a note, they use this method to get direct messages to you. Look up the lyrics.
  • Hearing their name or nickname spoken by someone else.
  • Experiencing a radio or musical device acting up or turning on by itself with or without a power source.
  • Hearing people speaking when no one is physically in your presence. You may or may not be able to decipher the words.
  • Receiving thoughts that feel as though they are not your own and are heard in your own voice. They may come through as a word or phrase intended to help you. Loved ones in spirit will never send information telling you to hurt yourself or another.

Feeling Signs from Spirit

  • Feeling the presence of a loved one in spirit. There is a heightened awareness or feeling that your loved one in spirit is with you.
  • Feeling a touch, as though someone placed their hand on your shoulder or arm.
  • Feeling a wash of love from head to toe. This is when tingles start at the top of your head and travel throughout your body. This is one of the ways loved ones in spirit send you hugs from Heaven.
  • Mysterious pains or sensations associated with a loved one’s ailments or passing. Usually, this occurs with spirit mediums who are trained to decipher the difference between personal ailments and sensory communications from loved ones in spirit.

Smelling Signs from Spirit

  • Smelling a scent that reminds you of them or you attribute to them. It usually does not belong where you are and is very strong, such as a perfume or cologne, cigarette smoke, chocolate, mothballs, or a favorite food they cooked or baked. You may be the only one who smells it.

Tasting Signs from Spirit

  • Experiencing a strong craving or taste for food they made or liked, as well as tasting cigarette or cigar smoke.

There are numerous ways loved ones in spirit let you know they are around. None of them should be ominous or threatening in any way. Fears can be heightened when there is a lack of understanding about how the spirit world operates, which is why there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding this topic. Many books, movies, and television shows have notoriously depicted paranormal activity as demonic beings intent on harming you. This is due to misunderstanding how spirit communication works from the Other Side, as well as the purposeful heightening of the fear factor for attention-getting purposes in film and television shows. To this day, I have never encountered anything I considered demonic or a poltergeist. Even if something like that did exist, I give it no power. The majority of the time, it is your loved ones in spirit trying to help you with your life or letting you know they are around loving and supporting you. Loved ones in spirit will also send you repeated signs to provide guidance for your life. If you are unsure of what your loved ones in spirit are attempting to convey, you can always book a reading with a professional spirit medium to receive direct messages from your loved ones in spirit. As a side note, those who had a funny or mischievous side to their personality in life still have that and will delight in having a bit of fun with you regarding their signs and the movement of objects. Also, if you are unsure of who is sending the sign, ask using your thoughts “Who in spirit is sending this sign?” Whoever you think of first in spirit is who it is. 

When Paranormal Activity is More Pronounced or Disturbing

It is important to note that there are times when I and others have encountered heightened paranormal activity which can be disturbing if you do not know the source of the activity and why it is occurring in a jarring way. The sources of these disturbances tend to be a being in spirit who has not crossed over into Heaven, and they may cause stronger activity that come across as frightening, such as slamming doors or breaking objects. These souls, who have not crossed over into Heaven, are temporarily stuck between dimensions and are frustrated with their situation. They mean you no harm and are not upset with you. They are in your presence because you are open to the energies of souls in spirit, whether you are aware of that or not. They are desperate to get your attention in order to receive help in crossing over to the Other Side. There are many reasons why a soul does not cross over right away, such as not believing they belong in Heaven because of what they were taught on Earth or because they feel they have not completed tasks on Earth. What they need is compassion and assistance to cross over fully into Heaven. Whenever I come across souls in this situation, I help them by reopening the gateway and calling in the Archangels to help them transition from this world to the next. If you are experiencing disturbing paranormal activity, it is a good idea to check with a professional spirit medium to have them look into the activity to determine who it is and what needs to be done. Just telling these souls to leave will not work. If they could leave on their own, they would. It is also important to note that souls who are stuck between worlds are not necessarily tied to a particular location on Earth. Where they decide to hang out has to do with their connection with the people there or the location itself. Their presence is usually accompanied by a heavy or negative feeling due to their frustration and heavier energies of the Earth which have not been fully shed for the higher and lighter vibrational energies which accompany souls in Heaven. Again, these are not poltergeists or demons, but souls in a frustrating situation who need assistance crossing over to the Other Side.

It Is All About Love

In essence, when you are experiencing paranormal activity, it is most likely your own loved ones in spirit letting you know they are around. Their paranormal activities usually increase around important events, occasions, and holidays, as well as when you are going through challenging times. In addition, about a week or two before and a week or two after you see a spirit medium for a reading, they increase their activities because they are excited about being able to bring through direct messages and communications to you.

Our world is an amazing place that is so much more than what is perceived on the surface. The good news is, that it all revolves around the love that connects each and every one of us through the hearts of our spirits. The next time you experience unusual or paranormal activity ask, with your thoughts, who it is in spirit who is responsible for the activity. Whoever you think of first is who it is. Say hello through your thoughts and thank them for their presence. They love it when you recognize their signs and the love they send.

Synchronicity: How Events are Facilitated on Earth with Divine Timing

Even when it seems mistakes are being made or you are unsure about which path to follow, events are being orchestrated from the Other Side to help lead you into situations which provide maximized opportunities for growth and dreams fulfilled.

Soul Lessons

Deep within our souls, we have information which contains our goals for this lifetime. Our goals are defined by the soul contracts we created prior to birth about the lessons we agreed to learn this time around. This information was obscured from us when we were born in order to allow us to work through challenges and experiences with an open mind and to provide opportunities for us to rediscover our divine reasons for being. In many ways, it may seem as though we are blindly forging ahead, not knowing what will happen or what to expect, but hoping for the best. The good news is we are not alone on this journey. We receive a tremendous amount of assistance from our Heavenly Support Teams who help us navigate our paths through signs and messages, as well as help us to be in the right place at the right time for events to unfold with impeccable divine timing.

Worrying About Outcomes

As human beings, we have the tendency to worry about outcomes and will attempt to take actions to drive the outcomes we desire. Questions swirl in our minds about what is going to happen in the future with our relationships, careers, jobs, finances, children, parents, friends, family, pets, and more. We question our decisions and actions, often wondering if they were the right ones. Worrying, though, does not change what is destined to occur. Often, worry halts forward progress and robs us of the present because we can become lost in the various worst-case scenarios our minds create and replay as if the answers for being prepared are hidden within the “what-if” story lines we imagine. Even if the worst-case scenarios do occur, there are positive reasons for those negative circumstances. There are times when we must go through the challenging times in order to grow as souls or help others on their path. The positive reasons and benefits might not be revealed right away, but if you keep looking for them, they will be revealed to you in time. Often, when experiencing extremely tragic circumstances, it is very difficult to see how anything positive can come out of them. It is important to keep in mind the lessons we agreed to learn in this lifetime through our soul contracts. I have personally experienced great tragedy that I would never wish on anyone else, nor would I want to go through it again; however, I have reached a point where I can not only recognize the lessons I learned, but also be grateful for the experiences that made me who I am today.

Divine Intervention

All experiences, whether positive or negative, are designed to help us successfully progress through our soul lessons. The Archangels, tasked with helping humankind with their journeys, facilitate events on earth to maximize the opportunities for each soul. The timing, whether you agree with it or not, is truly amazing. The sheer scale of the real-time planning and organization of events is mind-boggling. With every action there is a reaction with rippling effects across the lives of many, which then creates more actions and reactions, all of which tie in to our individual soul contracts. The ripples keep going without end, creating perpetual cycles which weave together to simultaneously assist with the achievement of personal soul lessons while maintaining a functioning world. The incredible precision for the timing of events for millions of people is truly astounding; and yet, it occurs often without notice or appreciation. It is usually when major events line up in such a way that the only conclusion is divine intervention, that our eyes are opened to this phenomenon of being in sync with our divine plans and we recognize the hand of something greater than us steering our courses.

This amazing synchronicity is sometimes mistakenly classified as a coincidence. There really are no coincidences. Each event on earth is carefully and strategically planned based on what needs to happen for each one of us in real-time. No amount of worrying would have changed these events. They were meant to occur when all people and events were in alignment with one another.

In my own life, I have seen incredible events converge not only for myself, but also for others. In that moment, I can see how prior experiences and lessons brought myself or others to the exact moment in time in which dreams come true, prayers are answered, or lessons learned. With the epiphany comes the realization that without the events of the past, the current circumstances could not have evolved because we would not be where we needed to be, spiritually or emotionally, in order to receive this divinely-timed gift.

Making the Most of Our Time

In essence, if we can learn to release excessive worries and embrace present moments, we are gifting ourselves with the ability to enjoy our lives with a sense of calm and acceptance. Over the years, I have learned to release the struggle of trying to make situations go the way I wanted them to go. I learned to make plans, but to be open to changes. I also review experiences from the past to determine what I could do better going forward and to look for the positive reasons for negative circumstances. While looking forward and backward, I do my best to not get caught up in what is going to happen next or rehash the past so many times that it becomes detrimental. There is a balance that can be achieved through the acceptance of that which cannot be controlled for the future and an acknowledgement of circumstances of the past, which can bring you to a place in your life where you can focus your attention on the present. In doing so, you can make the most of your time here on earth while remaining open to those incredible moments of synchronicity.

Exploring the Great Mysteries: Why Spirit Communication Uses All the Senses

When loved ones communicate from the Other Side, they use all the senses to bring through identifying information, as well as messages for their loved ones here on earth. Recently, a client asked me why they do that rather than sharing information through straightforward conversation using words alone. If they can transmit words and phrases, why don’t they just do that instead of using all my senses to transmit messages and information?

How Spirit Communication Works

As a spirit medium, I receive and share communications from the Other Side on a daily basis, not only for myself, but also for clients interested in connecting with their deceased loved ones. It is a complex form of communication utilizing all the senses to transmit information across dimensions from one being to another. Images of deceased loved ones are sent to my mind’s eye, also referred to as the Third Eye, to provide a description of what they looked like in life. They also send images of activities they participated in while on earth, places they lived, jobs they worked, hobbies, and more, to help with the identification process. Words, phrases, meaningful songs, and sound effects are used to enhance and add to the information coming through. In addition, physical indicators are provided to indicate how they passed, as well as if there was anything unusual about their physical condition that would be noteworthy in order to help identify them. I receive a good feel for their personality traits, as well as memories associated with specific tastes and scents. The information needs to be pieced together like an abstract puzzle in order to identify the loved ones coming through, as well as to interpret the messages they are sending. All this information is transmitted from their spirit to mine through the invisible network which connects all of us to one another.

When my client asked why loved ones in spirit communicate in such an elaborate way instead of just stating the information in a straightforward manner, it got me to thinking. Why don’t they do that? It would certainly be easier than piecing together the bits of information to identify them and bring through messages. To me, the way they communicated using all my senses was a given. I never questioned it. I accepted it without question as their preferred method of communication. When presented with this question, I asked my Heavenly Support Team for the answers.

 Receiving Answers

The most immediate answer I received was that spirit communication is part of the great mysteries. By that, I mean the great mysteries of our existence. For example, the reasons for our existence, why we are experiencing life on earth, and whether heaven exists. As human beings, we are on a spiritual journey on earth to grow as souls. We experience a myriad of challenges and victories designed to help us to discover our strengths and weaknesses, to learn to love ourselves and others, and to help us discover within ourselves our connection with the divine and beliefs about what exists beyond life on earth. Faith is a significant part of our lessons. Throughout our lives we face a multitude of situations designed to build or instill faith. The gift of free will enables us to decide for ourselves what to believe or disbelieve.

Providing a Blank Canvas for Learning

 When we were born, the knowledge we had of heaven was temporarily veiled from us. This is done to provide us with the maximum amount of opportunities to grow as souls, because if we came down here knowing everything, there would be nothing to strive toward. Part of our spiritual journey includes the quest to rediscover the hidden knowledge about the existence of worlds and beings beyond our earthly existence. Because life is a journey based on free will choices about whether to believe or disbelieve in something greater than us, we are given glimpses or hints of the extraordinary through miracles, near death experiences, dreams, visions, and spirit communications and signs, including uncanny circumstances that have no earthly explanation. These experiences are designed to inspire us to think, question our beliefs, reinforce our faith, or provide answers to questions about our lives.

Leaving Room for Questions

The phenomenon of spirit communication provides proof of our existence beyond life on earth, but it also leaves room for questions. It is the universal language of the soul which transcends ordinary verbal communication in order to provide in-depth first-person perspectives from the deceased loved one. Unique identifying information, which would not be known to the spirit medium but known to the recipient of the reading or their loved ones, is shared to provide proof of the deceased loved one’s continued existence in spirit. It could be the description of a specific episode in the life of the recipient or the recipient’s relatives in which only they were present and no one else has knowledge of its occurrence.

The very richness of the communications using all the senses provides a fully immersive perspective from the sender, which allows for seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting, smelling, and knowing information about the past, present, and future. Language barriers do not exist, as any words or phrases brought through are automatically translated into a language the spirit medium understands. This is true for deceased loved ones who spoke a different language, as well as animals who also have the ability to communicate spirit-to-spirit. The incredible experience of communicating spirit-to-spirit goes beyond two-dimensional verbal communications to a fully immersive experience providing detailed sensory impressions of actual experiences of the deceased, as well as information and guidance about the future. The process itself is awe-inspiring and humbling, as it brings forth knowledge and proof of that which exists beyond life on earth. In view of our purpose in life to journey onward as souls gathering knowledge and basing our spiritual beliefs upon our experiences, it makes sense that spirit communication is part of the great mysteries. It provides extraordinary insights and knowledge which inspires us to think and to determine for ourselves if we are believers.

Signs and Messages to Loved Ones on Earth

When loved ones in spirit send signs or bring through messages directly to their loved ones on earth, without the help of a trained spirit medium, they use all the senses. For example, they will place a scent in the air which reminds the receiver of the scent of a loved one in spirit, such as their specific cologne or perfume, cigarette smoke, flowers, or food baking or cooking. The scents piped into the air usually do not fit within the environment in which they are experienced. For example, one morning I smelled brownies baking in my kitchen, even though no one in the house was cooking or baking and had not for hours, and all the windows were closed, meaning the scent was not wafting in from a neighbor’s home. There were no scented candles lit or any other devices which would have piped the scent into the air. There was no earthly origin for that scent. It immediately brought to mind my father’s mother, who loved to bake and cook. It was her way of letting me know she was around.

Because loved ones in spirit utilize all our senses to communicate, they have a vast treasure trove of methods for getting our attention in order to let us know of their existence beyond life on earth. These occurrences, which are not coincidences, inspire awe and wonder about the great mysteries, which is exactly what they are designed to do. Through the gift of free will, human beings have the ability to believe or disbelieve the information being provided. Instead of providing all the answers in a straightforward manner, beings in spirit employ communication methodologies which encourage the inner journey of determining personal faith and beliefs. Again, this quest to rediscover the knowledge within our souls is part of our spiritual journey as human beings and is written into our soul contracts of lessons for this lifetime.

It is an Honor

For me, the ability to communicate spirit-to-spirit is a unique gift and an honor. It enables me to help others on earth to better understand our universe, how spirit communication works, our soul purposes, and evidence of what exists beyond life on earth. It does not mean I am all-knowing. Like you, I am on a spiritual journey to rediscover the hidden knowledge of the great mysteries. Being able to communicate directly with beings in spirit fulfills the calling bestowed upon me in this lifetime to be the bridge between this world and the next. It enables me to help others with their spiritual journeys, while also encouraging my own explorations into the deeper meanings behind our existence.

May your own journey include many inspiring moments of wonder and awe, as well as encouragement to explore beyond the ordinary experiences of life to reveal the extraordinary mysteries of the universe.
