Why Spirit Communication Uses All the Senses

When loved ones communicate from the Other Side, they use all the senses to bring through identifying information about themselves, as well as messages for their loved ones here on Earth. Recently, a client asked me why they do that rather than sharing information through straightforward conversation using words alone. If they can transmit words and phrases, why don’t they just do that instead of using all the senses to transmit messages and information?

How Spirit Communication Works

As a spirit medium, I receive and share communications from the Other Side for clients interested in connecting with their deceased loved ones, as well as for myself and those I love. It is a complex form of communication using all the senses to transmit information across dimensions from one being to another. Images of deceased loved ones are sent to my mind’s eye, also referred to as the Third Eye, to provide a description of what they looked like in life. They also send images of activities they participated in while on Earth, places they lived, jobs they worked, hobbies, and more, to help with the identification process. Words, phrases, meaningful songs, and sound effects are used to enhance and add to the information coming through. In addition, physical indicators are provided to indicate how they passed, as well as if there was anything unusual about their physical condition that would be noteworthy in order to help identify them. I receive a good feel for their personality traits, as well as memories associated with specific tastes and scents. The information needs to be pieced together like an abstract puzzle in order to identify the loved ones coming through, as well as to interpret the messages they are sending. All this information is transmitted from their spirit to mine through the invisible network which connects all of us to one another.

When my client asked why loved ones in spirit communicate in such an elaborate way instead of just stating the information in a straightforward manner, it got me to thinking. Why don’t they do that? It would certainly be easier than piecing together the bits of information to identify them and bring through messages. To me, the way they communicated using all my senses was a given. I never questioned it. I accepted it without question as their preferred method of communication. When presented with this question, I asked my Heavenly Support Team for the answers.

 Receiving Answers

The most immediate answer I received was that spirit communication is part of the great mysteries. By that, I mean the great mysteries of our existence. For example, the reasons for our existence, why we are experiencing life on Earth, and whether Heaven exists. As human beings, we are on a spiritual journey on Earth to grow as souls. We experience a myriad of challenges and victories designed to help us to discover our strengths and weaknesses, to learn to love ourselves and others, and to help us discover our connection with the divine and what exists beyond life on Earth. Faith is a significant part of our lessons. Throughout our lives we face a multitude of situations designed to build or instill faith. The gift of free will enables us to decide for ourselves what we believe or disbelieve.

Providing a Blank Canvas for Learning

When we were born, the knowledge we had of Heaven was temporarily veiled from us. This is done to provide us with the maximum amount of opportunities to grow as souls, because if we came down here knowing everything, there would be nothing to strive toward. Part of our spiritual journey includes the quest to rediscover the hidden knowledge about the existence of worlds and beings beyond our earthly existence. Because life is a journey based on free will choices about whether to believe or disbelieve in something greater than us, we are given glimpses or hints of the extraordinary through miracles, near death experiences, dreams, visions, and spirit communications and signs, including uncanny circumstances that have no earthly explanation. These experiences are designed to inspire us to think, question our beliefs, reinforce our faith, or provide answers to questions about our lives.

Leaving Room for Questions

The phenomenon of spirit communication provides proof of our existence beyond life on Earth, but it also leaves room for questions. It is the universal language of the soul which transcends ordinary verbal communication in order to provide in-depth first-person perspectives from the deceased loved one. Unique identifying information, which would not be known to the spirit medium but known to the recipient of the reading or their loved ones, is shared to provide proof of the deceased loved one’s continued existence in spirit. It could be the description of a specific episode in the life of the recipient or the recipient’s relatives in which only they were present. The very richness of the communications using all the senses provides a fully immersive perspective from the sender, which allows for seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting, smelling, and knowing information about the past, present, and future. Language barriers do not exist, as any words or phrases brought through are automatically translated into a language the spirit medium best understands. This is true for deceased loved ones who spoke a different language, as well as animals who also have the ability to communicate spirit-to-spirit.

The incredible experience of communicating spirit-to-spirit goes beyond two-dimensional verbal communications to a fully immersive experience providing detailed sensory impressions of actual experiences of the deceased, as well as information and guidance about the future. The process itself is awe-inspiring and humbling, as it brings forth knowledge and proof of that which exists beyond life on Earth. In view of our purpose in life to journey onward as souls gathering knowledge and basing our spiritual beliefs upon our experiences, it makes sense that spirit communication is part of the great mysteries. It provides extraordinary insights and knowledge which inspires us to think and to determine for ourselves whether we are believers.

Signs and Messages to Loved Ones on Earth

When loved ones in spirit send signs or bring through messages directly to their loved ones on Earth, without the help of a trained spirit medium, they use all the senses as well. For example, they will place a scent in the air which reminds the receiver of the scent of a loved one in spirit, such as their specific cologne or perfume, cigarette smoke, flowers, or food baking or cooking. The scents piped into the air usually do not fit within the environment in which they are experienced. For example, one morning I smelled brownies baking in my kitchen, even though no one in the house was cooking or baking and had not for hours, and all the windows were closed, meaning the scent was not wafting in from a neighbor’s home. There were no scented candles lit or any other devices which would have piped the scent into the air. There was no earthly origin for that scent. The experience immediately brought to mind my father’s mother, who loved to bake and cook. It was her way of letting me know she was around. Because loved ones in spirit utilize all our senses to communicate, they have a vast treasure trove of methods for getting our attention in order to let us know of their existence beyond life on Earth.

These occurrences, which are not coincidences, inspire awe and wonder about the great mysteries, which is exactly what they are designed to do. Through the gift of free will, human beings have the ability to believe or disbelieve the information being provided. Instead of providing all the answers in a straightforward manner, beings in spirit employ communication methodologies which encourage the inner journey of determining personal faith and beliefs. Again, this quest to rediscover the knowledge within our souls is part of our spiritual journey as human beings and is written into our soul contracts as lessons for this lifetime.

It is an Honor

The ability to communicate spirit-to-spirit is a unique gift and an honor. It enables me to help others on Earth to better understand our universe, how spirit communication works, our soul purposes, and evidence of what exists beyond life on Earth. It does not mean I am all-knowing. Like you, I am on a spiritual journey to rediscover the hidden knowledge of the great mysteries. Being able to communicate directly with beings in spirit fulfills the calling bestowed upon me in this lifetime to be the bridge between this world and the next. It enables me to help others with their spiritual journeys, while also encouraging my own explorations into the deeper meanings behind our existence.

Who Do We See in Heaven?

When our loved ones make the transition to Heaven, people frequently ask whether they are reunited with loved ones in spirit who are already there. It is one of the top questions asked beyond whether their newly deceased loved one is at peace and doing well. There are many answers to this question which really begin prior to a loved one crossing over into Heaven, and which have been provided to me through thousands of readings and meditations over the years as a spirit medium.

Who We See Prior to Crossing Over into Heaven

Our Heavenly Support Teams, which are comprised of God, the Archangels, past spiritual masters, Guardian Angels, loved ones in spirit, and more, know when our time to cross over is coming. It does not matter if the passing is sudden or more drawn out due to an illness or ailment. They are around us to help us with the process.

What Occurs Prior to a Sudden Passing

With a sudden passing, there are times when we may have an unusual or deep conversation with someone right before they pass. Often, people ask me whether that person knew they were going to pass. They do not know on an earthly level that they will be passing, but their soul knows, as does their Heavenly Support Team. The prompting for those conversations comes from those in Heaven and they are a gift from above. Loved ones in spirit are there waiting to assist the person passing with their transition to Heaven by bringing them peace, letting them know their time has come to cross over into Heaven, and helping with the process.

What Occurs During a Slower Passing

With a passing that is more drawn out due to an illness or ailment, loved ones in spirit and the Angels gather around the person who will be crossing over. Those who are getting ready to transition to Heaven often see them and talk with them days and sometimes weeks prior to passing. This is not a hallucination, even if they are heavily medicated. They really are present and ready to assist with the transition process. People who are in a coma, are asleep or unconscious, or are unaware of the world due to Alzheimer’s or dementia go to Heaven’s Waiting Room, where loved ones in spirit who are already in Heaven can visit them and prepare them for their full crossing over into Heaven.

During the Transition to Heaven

When the soul is released from its earthly body, there is a delegation of one to three beings in spirit helping the soul to enter the portal to Heaven, also referred to by many as the tunnel, which glows with a brilliant white light. The delegation can consist of loved ones in spirit, including beloved pets in spirit, as well as Angels. They guide the soul to the portal where they enter on their own, as it is a private journey where they experience a montage of positive highlights of their lives and experience a brief time with our Creator. As the soul is reaching the end of the portal, the light of Heaven shines brighter and they begin to see all their loved ones in spirit cheering them on and celebrating their arrival in Heaven.

Who We See Once We Are in Heaven

Upon our full transition into Heaven, we are reunited with ALL the loved ones in spirit we would like to see, including pets. I state it this way because there may be souls we do not want to see due to negative conflicts experienced while on Earth with them. In time, after we have had our non-judgmental life review in which we learn about why we had the experiences we had and the lessons we were to learn, we have the option to reunite with those who brought us harm. This is not to give them a hard time or to ream them out, but to extend forgiveness. This is because during our life review, we attain a higher understanding of the role that soul agreed to play in the lessons we needed for the growth of our soul while on Earth.

Enjoying Heaven Together

Once we are united with those we love in Heaven, we can enjoy Heaven with them, volunteer to become a Guardian Angel to those we love who are still on Earth, and much more. As it is on Earth, but with much more positivity, we decide how we would like to spend our time in paradise. If we had more than one spouse or significant other, there is no fighting or jealousy as our time can be shared as we wish without the lower energies and emotions from Earth interfering. We also share Heaven with our beloved pets in spirit.

Are Spirits Constantly Communicating with Mediums?

People often ask me if spirits communicate with me everywhere I go and if they urge me to share messages all the time with people in my vicinity. The short answer to this question is both yes and no. I keep the channel open to remain receptive to messages from my own people in spirit and other people’s loved ones in spirit can interrupt my life to request a message to be shared; however, when and why spirits communicate with me outside of a formal reading differs according to the circumstances I am in.

Respect Goes Both Ways

As a spirit medium, the respect I have for spiritual beings is also extended from them to me. Spirits know I have duties I need to perform on earth and that I, too, have a life I need to live outside of being their voice for them. They know I need time to relax and to attend to my own needs; therefore, they do not constantly hound me to share messages. As I mentioned, I do leave the channel of communication open; however, it is for the purpose of remaining open to the daily guidance I receive from my own support team in Heaven. When I am preparing for a formal spirit medium reading, I consciously open the channel even further with the specific intention of receiving and sharing messages for the recipients of the reading.

Spirits Can Be Persistent

There have been times when spirits have urged me to share a message with someone who is sitting or standing next to me; however, the circumstances surrounding  these situations usually has a much higher purpose and more far-reaching  implications than I am made aware of at the time. When a spiritual being is strongly urging me to share a message with someone I have not formally met, I do so with honor and respect. This includes a proper assessment of the circumstances and whether it is appropriate timing, as well as the asking of permission to share the communication I am receiving and from whom it is in spirit. It is very important to note that I do not just walk up to someone and blurt out information about their loved ones in spirit. It is irresponsible and rude to throw information like that out to people without having asked permission to share the communications. They are not ready for it and may not welcome it. By asking permission, I am allowing the person to prepare themselves for the receipt of a message, and it also gives them the option to receive it or not.

Honoring the Spirit of Each Being

Spirit communication is to be approached with honor for the divine source that dwells within us all. That honor includes showing respect to the spirit who is communicating with me, as well as to the recipient of the communications on Earth. The misconception that mediums just walk up to people on the street and share messages is rooted, in part, by “reality” television shows. It is unfortunate that shows cut out the portions in which permission is asked to share a reading. When watching a show, people tend to forget that the people in the show are followed around by television cameras. They must ask permission from store owners to bring cameras into their establishments as you cannot film a television show on any property without permission. The people on the premises are also aware that a show is being filmed due to the cameras and usually sign waivers prior to filming. As viewers, we do not see these transactions taking place, we only see the sharing of messages from spirit because the producers want you to have the impression that these events are occurring spontaneously for the reality television format. While I am very grateful for what these shows have done to raise awareness about spirit communication, the way shows portray it has caused confusion and unrealistic expectations for viewers. The format of the shows lead people to believe that spirits urge mediums to walk up to people they have never met and deliver messages all the time. As I had mentioned, there have been very special and unique times that this has happened to me; however, I assess the situation first, and then ask permission before sharing any communications.

Clearing Up an Additional Misunderstanding

One of the other misconceptions that surround mediumship is that mediums should be constantly sharing messages with people for free because it is a gift. I have actually had people demand, not ask, that I give them a message on the spot. To demand anything from anyone is very rude, and it does not honor the gifts, the person with the gifts, or the source of the gifts. No matter what gifts a person may possess, it is always better to ask than to demand or even expect someone to give of themselves without giving them something in return. If you would like to receive messages from your loved ones in spirit, ask to set up a time for a reading. Like doctors, mediums have specific times that they devote to sharing their gifts of healing with others. Both doctors and mediums deserve time off to attend to their own lives and to recharge themselves in order to serve others with honor and respect. If we did not do this, the imbalance of constantly giving and not receiving would leave us severely depleted of energy and, therefore, less effective in our roles as healers. The same holds true for you. If you are constantly giving and not receiving in your life, eventually there would be nothing left for you to give. In all that you do, it is beneficial to demonstrate respect and honor yourself and others. In this way, you can maintain more cooperative relationships that serve to inspire and uplift your spirit and that of others, rather than deplete them of energy. There is a time and a place for everything, and by honoring yourself and those around you, you will be much happier with the results of your interactions.

Who Watches Over Us from Heaven?

painting of an angel helping a worried man We have a whole host of beings in spirit, whom I refer to as our Heavenly Support Teams, who watch over us from Heaven including God, the Archangels, other orders of angels, guardian angels, past spiritual masters, spirit guides, and our loved ones in spirit. They watch over us and help us due to their love for us and their desire to assist us through this lifetime. They are around us more often than we think or realize; however, we do get our privacy during our very private moments.

Under the Guidance of Archangels

Our loved ones in spirit love to help us with our lives. They know how challenging life can be and they want to help us when they can. They do this under the guidance of the Archangels who have been tasked with helping humankind with our life journeys. The Archangels are the keepers of our Akashic Records, which contain not only our soul contracts and records for this lifetime, but also all our past lifetimes and the outlines of future lessons or events. There are some limits as to what our loved ones in spirit can do, including not being able to interfere with decisions involving life lessons for our souls. We are here to learn and grow through our life lessons. If they gave us all the answers or guided us through everything, it would deprive us of learning what we need to expand our consciousness and grow as souls.

Volunteer Guardian Angels

We are assigned guardian angels when we are born. Often, after crossing over into Heaven, our loved ones in spirit with whom we shared special connections and relationships volunteer to be our guardian angels. Not only do they watch over us, but also those closest to us on Earth. When your loved ones in spirit cross over and volunteer, they are added to our team of angels. When returning to the realm of Heaven, there is an adjustment period where those in spirit may need reminders or classes to learn or relearn how to communicate across dimensions, send signs, or be a guardian angel. Loved ones in spirit have shown me how they go to the past life pavilion to learn as much as they can about those they have volunteered to watch over. This means having access to information they may not have been privy to in life. They do this not to be intrusive, but because they need to know about the impactful events in our lives and how they affected us, in order to better anticipate our free will decisions. Once they have completed their classes, they are ready to actively participate in helping us through the sending of signs and messages to give us insights to guide our way, by protecting us physically and emotionally, and keeping watch over us and all whom we love.

Do They Get to Enjoy Heaven, too?

While it sounds as though our loved ones in spirit who are guardian angels do not have the opportunity to enjoy Heaven, they do. Not only do they take turns watching over us, but also time runs differently in Heaven, which gives them the ability to enjoy their divine paradise. They get to enjoy everything Heaven has to offer while also helping us in the process through their love, divine connections, and knowledge.

How to Know Which Loved One in Spirit is Near

When it comes to loved ones in spirit, it is easier to determine who is watching over us because of our knowledge of them and what they use to send signs. For instance, our loved ones will use different variations of all our senses to send signs which remind us of them. It could be a scent in the air, seeing a reminder of something they liked to do or seeing their name, hearing a specific song, feeling that they are around, or getting a craving for foods they liked. Whichever method they use, they are trying to remind us of them and get us thinking about them. There are hundreds of ways they send signs. If we are open to the signs, recognize them, and do not dismiss them as mere coincidences, we will be much more aware of the presence of our loved ones in spirit and how they help us each day. There are times, though, when it seems our loved ones in spirit are not around us. This can occur when we are in deep grief, which can dim our ability to be open, and it can happen when we have an important life decision to make in which they are not allowed to interfere with the process. When it comes to the life lessons and the decisions we need to make on our own, our loved ones in spirit are still there with us, they are not allowed to make their presence known in order to provide us with the space we need to make our free will decisions. When it is other members of our Heavenly Support Team watching over us, it can be a little harder to determine for those who are not spirit mediums. However, if the angel, Archangel, spirit guide, etc., wants us to know their identity, they will leave a sign or figure out a way to get a message through.

Surrounded by Love

We are surrounded by love and our heavenly helpers each day. Again, have no concerns about those very private moments as they do not want to see them. They know we need and value our privacy. Pay attention to the signs and thank them through your thoughts for all their love and divine assistance.

Sleep Paralysis: Scientific Phenomenon or Supernatural Fright?

Have you ever woken up unable to move, feeling as if something was pressing you down into the bed? This alarming experience is called sleep paralysis. It is a condition in which you feel mentally awake, but unable to physically move your body. The feeling may last for a few seconds or up to a few minutes. It often occurs upon wakening; however, it is also known to occur when one is in the process of falling asleep. It can be accompanied by a physical feeling of pressure on the throat or chest and an inability to vocally express oneself. Some people report feeling or seeing a presence in the room, which many perceive to be otherworldly and ominous in nature.

What is Sleep Paralysis?

According to Beth Roybal at WebMD (2023), when we are sleeping our body shuts down to prevent us from physically acting out our dreams. At times when we are awakened during the dream cycles of our sleep, the physical body remains in shut down mode which can create frightening sleep paralysis conditions. Essentially, it signals an issue with our bodies being slightly out of sync with our sleep cycles. During the Rapid Eye Movement (R.E.M.) cycle, which is when dreams occur, the body is placed in a relaxed mode that allows you to rest and prevents you from fully acting out your dreams. If you become conscious within the R.E.M. cycle, your body may remain in an immobilized state and your perceptions of reality can be peppered with altered-state illusions making it seem as though there is an ominous presence in the room. This is especially the case when we are in a state of extreme fright about not being able to move our bodies or vocally express our fear. It is not a being holding us down, but our own bodies preventing us from acting out our dreams. Sleep paralysis experiences usually only last a few seconds to a few minutes; however, it can feel as though it is much longer than that when you are in the midst of this type of episode.

Personal Experience with Sleep Paralysis

When I was in my teens, I recall experiencing this type of paralysis. It was extremely frightening to be incapable of moving my body or making a sound. I remember lying there, not knowing what was happening, just praying for it to pass. As panic bubbled up within, I attempted to calm my racing heart by slowing down my breathing and telling myself this would pass. My personal experience, while terrifying, only occurred once in my life, and it did not involve a perception of an ominous presence in the room. During my experience with sleep paralysis, I was able to talk myself through the experience until the sensors in my brain alerted my physical body to remove itself from dream mode. It is very frightening to experience sleep paralysis; however, I am glad to say it is an infrequent occurrence which may only occur once in someone’s lifetime, if at all. When it happens, though, it is an unforgettable experience.

Who is Affected by Sleep Paralysis and What Can Be Done

According to Roybal at WebMD (2023), the most frequent occurrences are reported in the teen years; however, sleep paralysis can happen to people of all ages. There are many underlying reasons why it occurs, some of which may include sleeping on one’s back, stress, sleep schedule changes, and lack of sleep. If sleep paralysis is a habitual problem, it is recommended that you talk with your doctor about your sleep patterns and conditions, as well as the stress levels in your life. There are many factors that affect our sleep, and if you are experiencing problems, it is best to speak to a specialist who can help you work on the issues.

Rest Easy

All in all, sleep paralysis has a scientific reason for occurring based on the natural functions of the human body. It is not an ominous being taking control over you. The fear factor runs high when this occurs, and in a dream-like state, this experience can quickly turn into a sort of waking nightmare in which the mind creates all kinds of scary reasons for its occurrence. For those who have experienced sleep paralysis, there are ways of minimizing the effects when you are experiencing an episode. Knowledge is power in this case as it can help you to recognize the condition for what it is and ease the effects. For example, when you know this is a condition in which the mind awakens to consciousness before the body, you can work on calming yourself down through deep breaths and repeating to yourself, “Everything is alright, this will pass” until it does pass within a few seconds or minutes.

The Importance of Animals and How They Communicate Spirit-to-Spirit

Black Cat The animals of this earth are amazing creatures that do much more than teach us lessons about life and death, responsibility, companionship, and unconditional love. Their presence in our lives when we adopt them as pets creates special bonds which envelope our hearts and souls with love.

Animals in the Wild Carry Messages

Beyond our domesticated companions, the animals in the wild often provide symbolic messages and signs that help us navigate events in our lives. These messages and signs are defined by their behaviors and habitats, as well as established symbolism, which contain messages for us when they repeatedly show up in our lives. For instance, the dove is a universal symbol of peace. When seeing an actual dove, an image of a dove, or the word, it is a message to be at peace with whatever is causing concerns or worries. Often, our loved ones in spirit and the angels orchestrate the appearance of animals in our lives to help us. There are many resources available for looking up the spiritual meanings of animals, both in books and on the internet. Additionally, people in spirit also like to use specific animals to send signs that they are around. Some of the more common animals used are cardinals or red birds, blue jays, doves, hummingbirds, hawks, falcons, and eagles.

Animals Can and Do Communicate

Animals communicate via their spirits. As a spirit medium, I communicate with loved ones in spirit, including animals, and the angels every day. It is accomplished through a method of spirit-to-spirit communication which utilizes my extrasensory and earthly senses to transmit information, including images, feelings, thoughts, scents, and more. Both living and deceased animals communicate in the same way that people in spirit do. They have deep thoughts and emotions, likes and dislikes, and concerns and worries. They express these through their body language and vocalizations, as well as through spirit-to-spirit communication.

Even without knowing how to communicate spirit-to-spirit, you also communicate with your pets through your soul. They feel the love you share with them, and they share it with you in return. You can feel it in your heart and soul. Being attentive to your pet can help you to learn about their natural behaviors and keep you alert to when they are not feeling their best. The signs may be subtle because most animals try to hide illness or issues due to their instinctual behaviors from their time in the wild. If your pet is hiding and/or has unusual changes in their eating habits, it may be a sign they are in distress, whether mentally or physically.

Invisible Network Connecting All Beings

At the heart of each being resides a beautiful spirit. Our spirits, also known as our souls, have all been created from the same source with the same raw materials. When our souls were being programmed, we were granted the ability to communicate via our spirits with all beings in creation. This is one of the ways our prayers are transmitted. The invisible connection between us all is a communication network that allows the transmission of information from one soul to another using a special form of telepathic connection. Beings in heaven utilize this system of communication to get messages through to people on earth. Animals, both live and deceased, also use this system of communication. It is a universal language that is understood by the soul, and those open to it and who learn its intricacies, can successfully communicate via their spirits with other beings.

One of the most interesting aspects is when thoughts come through from animals for me. They come through in the language I know best – English. This phenomenon also occurs when a person in spirit spoke a language other than English. At first, I hear the person speak in their native language. After I acknowledge to the recipient of the reading that the person in spirit spoke a language other than English, and define the language if I can, the person in spirit will then transmit their thoughts in my native language. It reminds me of the United Nations in which languages are automatically translated for participants of the world. For living human beings, telepathic connections do exist; however, while on earth, we have verbal and non-verbal means with which to communicate. Because life on earth is a spiritual journey of learning with souls on different levels of evolvement, communicating through words and body language are the common means for expressing oneself.

As a note, telepathy does not mean reading someone’s mind. It is a soul connection in which information is freely shared by the soul, in much the same way as when we hold conversations with one another. The information, though, is coming through via transmissions of energy which utilize all the senses. This can occur between humans on earth; however, spirit-to-spirit communication, which is a phenomenal universal language which creates bridges between beings in all dimensions, is most used by beings in spirit and animals.

An Honor to Share the World Together

Animals honor and grace us with much more than their companionship on earth. They are vital to the thriving of our shared world and carry much more significance than at first glance. Their spiritual foundations are rooted in the continual learning of lessons for all on earth while also providing great wonder and essential care for the incredible interwoven ecosystem which supports life on our planet.

For those special animals which become members of our households, the connection we share with them goes beyond our time on earth. Once in Heaven, they are cared for by our loved ones in spirit and the angels, and eagerly await the time when we will be reunited with them when our natural time to cross over comes. In the meantime, they can and do visit us in spirit, just as people in spirit do, to let us know they are around and still a part of our hearts and spirits through the love we share with them.
