Receiving Divine Messages from Spirits in Heaven

Sunrise at HaleakalaAs a Spirit Medium, I help to connect people with loved ones that have crossed over into heaven, as well as with spirit guides, guardian angels, past spiritual masters, and archangels. Loved ones who come through in a reading include both people and animals. I am constantly delighted and amazed at the messages that come through, as well as the way in which they are communicated.

How Communications from Spirit are Received
When I communicate with spirits, all of my extrasensory senses are utilized. Through clairvoyance, or extrasensory seeing, I am shown motion and still images of the deceased, as well as images that have symbolic meaning for the recipient of the reading. Through clairsentience, or extrasensory feeling, spirits send me physical indicators about the way in which they passed, such as a short sharp pain in the area of my heart which indicates that his or her life ended due to a heart attack. Through clairaudience, or extrasensory hearing, I am able to pick up auditory messages that spirits want to pass along to you. The use of clairalience and clairambience allows me to pick up on messages that are sent through my sense of taste and smell. For instance, I recently had an experience in which the strong taste of cigar smoke came through in a reading. When I shared this information with the recipient of the reading, they confirmed that the loved one coming through was a cigar smoker. Lastly, messages are sent to me using claircognizance, or extrasensory knowing. This is information that is known within my spirit. It is not shared through any of the others senses, it is information that has been downloaded to my mind that I share with the recipient of a reading.

Messages Shared After Loved Ones Have Been Identified
Once a spirit has been clearly recognized by the recipient of a reading through the initial validation process in which identity-revealing information is transmitted, such as about physical characteristics and personality traits, then it is time to share the messages that the spirit wants you to receive. The messages often include love, asking for forgiveness, and comfort about the spirit’s arrival in heaven.

Truthful and Heartfelt Guidance from Heaven
Because these spirits are in heaven, and can better see and understand the process of life on earth, they often offer guidance about your life path. It is important to keep in mind that the gift of divine communication is not to tell you what you necessarily want to hear, but to share with you the truth. The messages you receive are of great importance to the growth of your soul. Because we have been given the gift of free will, it is always up to the recipient of the reading to decide whether to follow the advice that is gifted to them by his or her heavenly support team.

What Happens When You Choose to Ignore Messages from Heaven
Some people have a strong adverse reaction to the messages because it requires that he or she let go of anger, grudges, and negative thought processes that he or she has held onto for a long time. The spirits are telling the person this, not to make the him or her angry or upset, but rather to help this person to release harmful patterns that are holding him or her back from achieving personal happiness, and could even be causing the recipient of the reading emotional, mental, and physical distress. If a person chooses to ignore the messages that spirits have shared with him or her, the spirits will not give up on their quest to help this person. He or she will continue to come across situations that will challenge him or her to grow as a soul, and to open his or her heart and mind to a more positive life path.

What Happens When You Listen to Divine Guidance
I am very happy to report that most people are open to the messages that they receive from spirit during readings. They understand the priceless value of the heavenly guidance that has been given to them. Amazing transformations and events do occur in the lives of the people who do take the messages to heart. I know not only because I am one of them, but also because of the feedback I receive from thankful clients who tell me about the fantastic turn their lives have taken as a result of following the advice given to them by their loved ones in spirit.

Best Advice
When you are the recipient of a spirit medium reading, my best advice is to keep an open mind about who will come through for you, as well as the messages that they will deliver to you about your life. It is a gift of divine guidance and intervention that could completely turn your life around if you listen closely to the information that spirits are sharing with you. This information originates not from the spirit medium who is delivering it, because he or she is only the vessel through which the communication flows, but from your heavenly support team who views your life from a much higher perspective. They want to see you succeed with the life lessons you have chosen for this lifetime, and hope that you recognize the honor and the blessings that they have gifted to you through their heavenly communications with you.

Knowing You’re Not Alone on Your Journey Through Life

Looking Toward HeavenHave you ever felt as though you are all alone in this world, facing the challenges of life? I have felt that in my lifetime, especially when I was going through a particularly tough time. It felt as though there was no one around who understood what I was going through or who could be there for me to listen or to provide comfort. I have learned that throughout my trials and tribulations, I have never truly been alone…and neither are you. You have a support system in Heaven that comes from the Creator, the Angels, your Spirit Guides, Past Spiritual Masters, and deceased loved ones. They are there for you. They see your struggles and worries. They hear your prayers. They feel your pain and want to ease it for you. They also share your joy and happiness. In essence, they are there for you in good times and in bad.

You can reach out to your heavenly support system at any time through prayer in thought, said out loud, or in writing. Ask them for help with the situation at hand. They hear you and will do what they can to answer your prayers, as long are they are in accordance with your soul plan and greater good. If what you are praying for will ultimately cause you greater sadness and pain, or send you down a path that would do more harm than good, your heavenly support team will do their best to guide you to better opportunities that meet your true needs and desires. For example, if you are praying for the return of a lost love and that person doesn’t return right away, it may seem as though your prayers weren’t heard or answered…but they have, just not in the way that you may think.

Sometimes it takes time for prayers to be answered. The timing is not based on what we think is best, but on the perfect timing for the evolution of our souls. Sometimes, too, we may not get what we asked for because there is something better coming along for us. Even though we do not always recognize the help that is materializing from our heavenly team, we can help ourselves by having patience and an open mind about how our prayers will be answered. With the situation involving a lost love, God and the Angels know that what you are really asking for is someone who will love and appreciate you for who you are. That person may or may not be ready to do that at the time of your prayer and/or there may be lessons that each of you still need to learn before progress can be made. It can also be that you were only meant to be together to learn particular lessons and now you need to move on. Or, the timing may be perfect for your souls to reunite and they will return to you. We can assist in the answering of our prayers by being mindful about our actions and looking at our experiences to see what lessons we need to learn from them. By taking responsibility for ourselves in this way, we are actively playing an important role in our soul’s evolutional process.

Keep in mind that our support team in Heaven sees and knows much more than we do here on Earth. They know everything about us and what would be best for the evolution of our soul. Therefore, when you ask for help know that they are working on your behalf and that they send you their love. They are always there for you when you need them…all you have to do is reach out with your thoughts and prayers, knowing that your heart’s desires have been heard and will be answered with the perfect timing that is guided by your support team in Heaven. In the meantime, find your center, be at peace with yourself, and know that you are not alone on your journey through this lifetime.

Coping with the Loss of a Loved One

Into the LightWhen loved ones cross over into Heaven, it can be a painful emotional experience for those who are left behind. We grieve because we miss the physical closeness of the person or pet whose presence made a difference in our lives. In essence, they are continuing on a spiritual journey that we cannot take with them because we are meant to stay here on earth and fulfill our own life purposes.

The feeling of loss can be devastating and heart-wrenching. Trying to continue on with our lives may be difficult as grief threatens to overwhelm our emotional well being. Grief is a natural feeling that accompanies loss; however, grief can be lessened with knowledge. Knowing that our Spirit does not die with our physical bodies lessens the pain of physical separation from our loved ones and changes our perceptions of the “finality” of death.

I am amazed every day with the communications that come through from Spirit. As a Spirit Medium, I know that this is not a residual energy of the person or pet who was here on earth, but an actual transmission of information in real time. They show me what they are doing in Heaven whether it is reuniting with loved ones who have already crossed or engaging in activities that bring them happiness.

Learning and evolving as a soul continues in Heaven. The lessons there are different than they are here on Earth. That is because the environment is completely different. On Earth, there is a lot of negativity and harder lessons to learn. The speed at which our soul evolves is much faster here on Earth due to the challenging circumstances we face. In Heaven, we thoughtfully review the lives that we have lived and determine the lessons we have learned and still need to learn. We embrace the knowledge that was veiled from us on Earth with compassion and understanding for ourselves and others. Anxiety is a thing of the past. From the communications I have received, Heaven is a not just a time to rest in joyful reunion, but also a time to make considerable contributions to all Spirit through meaningful jobs that assist those in Heaven and on Earth. For instance, one may choose to become a Guardian Angel or a Spirit Guide.

By knowing that our Spirit lives on, we can take comfort in knowing that death is not the end but a new beginning…the next phase of our journey and evolvement as a soul. For those here on Earth, the connection of the heart that our loved ones have with us never dies. In fact, it is the love that we hold in the heart of our Spirit that endures and allows communication to continue.

When confronted with the loss of a loved one from this Earth, take comfort in knowing that their Spirit lives on in Heaven and that, when the designated time of your passing arrives, you will be reunited with them. In the meantime, we have our own soul evolvement to attend to on Earth including learning how to release the grief of separation and to move forward with our lives, taking comfort in the love that resides in the heart of our Spirits.

Bringing Out the Best in Yourself and Others

Joshua and FrankPeople thrive when compassion and love is extended toward them. I have always said that all Spirit needs, both here and in Heaven, is compassion and love.

People are fascinating. I love learning about each individual that I meet because everyone has such interesting and incredible stories, as well as talents and abilities, that bring wonder and light to this world. What I find, though, is that people get so caught up in negativity and everyday concerns that they forget all of those wonderful qualities that they do have and they forget to take the time to enjoy the activities that make their souls sing.

When interacting with people, be it the cashier at the convenience store or your best friend, the more genuine you are with yourself, the more you are genuine with others. It doesn’t matter if it is a one-minute or one-hour conversation, just be yourself and your own light will already be shining. When this happens, there is an ease of knowing who you are that allows you to speak with others from the heart. It is amazing to see how people light up and open up when you speak from your heart to their heart…you can see how their light shines brighter around them.

Heartfelt communication is about empathy, relating, listening, sharing and responding. Understanding and compassion come through when you take the time to truly acknowledge a fellow soul. It is the kindness that you bestow upon others in your interactions that uplift another soul, as well your own.

If you are having a bad day and your mood is really sour, try to take a moment before you spread that negativity to the next person you meet. Acknowledge to yourself that you are having a rough time and let go of the angst. If you need to talk to a friend to help you work through the issues, do just that. As for the many people you come into contact with throughout your day, do your best to consciously decide not to pass on that black cloud to someone else. Again, if you need help getting through a rough patch, ask for help from your friends and family. That is one of the reasons why they are in your life, to help you and for you to help them as we work though the many complex issues and lessons that we learn as our souls evolve.

The next time you meet someone, speak from the heart. Ask how they are doing and mean it. Think about what it is like to be them and what it would mean to you if someone was genuinely interested in what you had to say. You will be amazed at how easy it is to connect with other souls on a genuine level and how good it feels to be yourself. The person you communicate with benefits as well, because you are giving them the gift of compassion which brightens their day.

What Happens When We Cross Over into Heaven?

Into the LightThrough my communication with Spirit, I have been given great insight into what happens to our own Spirit when our physical bodies expire here on earth. Every soul is given the opportunity to cross over into Heaven. Our way is lit by an incredible white light, shimmering with facets of rainbow colors that is almost blinding in its brilliance. The Spirit of those who have crossed over before us, as well as Angels, Spirit Guides and Past Spiritual Masters, may all be there to help us with our transition and to show us the way.

Once we have crossed, the veil is lifted and we are once again reunited with the knowledge and understanding that may have eluded us when we were in human form. We review our lives in a non-judgmental way to see how our soul progressed on its earthly journey. Forgiveness, healing, and compassion are extended to us and by us as we understand the reasons for why we acted the way we did and for the choices that we made.

Our soul continues to evolve while in Heaven but in a more joyous way. We learn new skills, volunteer for jobs and special assignments, and learn to exist within the peace and harmony that surrounds us as we await our reunions with members of our soul group – family, friends, and loved ones who have yet to cross over. Some may choose to come back to earth for more lessons; however, most choose to wait for the reunions with their soul groups before coming back again.

The souls on earth who, in great sadness and desperation, take their own lives, are also given the opportunity to cross over into Heaven. This does not mean that there is not an extremely high price to pay. I cannot express strongly enough that suicide is never the answer to life’s problems. Instead of a rejoicing reunion with loved ones who have already crossed over, these souls move forward to a place of great healing which I refer to as the “Spiritual Hospital” in Heaven. There is a tremendous amount of spiritual pain that must be healed when these troubled souls realize the extent of what they had lost out on by interrupting their soul’s carefully planned evolvement through life on earth. This is an incredibly wrenching experience for souls who were already deeply troubled while they were here. Help is given to them at the Spiritual Hospital for as long as it takes and, when they are ready, they are free to rejoin the rest of the population in Heaven for their reunions and continued soul growth.

Ultimately, we choose whether or not we want to travel through the doorway to Heaven. We all have free will, even when it comes to a decision such as that. Some of those who choose not to cross may do so out of fear, doubt, or confusion. There are many reasons for this. Some souls fear that others will not survive without them, they may doubt where they are being led, or they may be confused about the fact that they are no longer living on earth. This does not mean that the door to Heaven is closed to them. Once their particular door closes, these souls will then need assistance with their crossing, such as an opening provided when someone else crosses or with the help of a Medium. Until assistance arrives, they reside in Spirit between worlds and may be upset or confused. If you suspect that you have a Spirit such as this around you, it is best to contact a Medium who can help them cross over into the light.

The most important message that Spirit wants you to understand is that Heaven does exist. Take comfort in knowing that your Spirit continues on after your body ceases to exist here on earth. Live well and love during your time here on earth, knowing that all of your experiences here are for the evolution of your soul and that Heaven awaits when your Spirit is ready for its next destination.

Pets Go to Heaven, Too!

Take comfort in knowing that your pets go to Heaven. They will be there to greet you when it is your time to cross over. You’ll see them as they were at their best—youthful, healthy, and happy. I feel personal joy in knowing that I will have an entire menagerie to greet me when I reach the pearly gates, as I have been blessed with many wonderful animal companions in my life.

Orange and White CatAnimals enjoy the same delights of Heaven as people. They can run and play and be young again. Any pain or diseases that they suffered from in life are gone. My spirit guides and deceased loved ones have shown me that they are taking care of my pets while they await my ascension to Heaven. Your deceased loved ones do the same for your pets, keeping them company and sharing their love.

When I am giving a Spirit Reading, it is such a delight when pets come through for clients. Their love and joy is wonderful to experience. Pets are so excited to share their love for you. When they enter a reading, I usually feel their presence and shape next to me. At the same time, I may be receiving an image of what they looked like while on Earth. They send me love and feelings to share with you in the same way that Spirit shares them with me through impressions of emotions, thoughts, and visions. As with people who have crossed over, it is an incredible blessing to be able to pass along the messages that your pets have for you.

Although we often feel sadness when a person or pet’s life ends here on earth, we can take comfort in knowing that they are going to a happy place—that their spirits, as well as ours, live on beyond life on earth to enjoy the bounty and grace of Heaven. A just reward for living our lives to the best of our abilities, learning and growing from both the delightful and challenging experiences.
