Recognizing Signs of Stress and Actions You Can Take to Minimize the Effects

Woman with her eyes closed in calm holding a green leafWhen someone is having a bad day, they may lash out at you just because you are there, not because you had done anything to invoke their anger. It is unfortunate when someone behaves in this manner; however, we are all human and, at times, our emotions get the best of us.

The Reasons behind Hurtful Behavior and Our Reactions

Exhaustion, highly stressful situations, feelings of oppression, rejection, and other strongly negative contributing factors make us more susceptible to lashing out at whoever is within our vicinity. The longer a person is subjected to negative conditions, the more distraught they may become. In fact, they may not even seem to behave like themselves because they are having a hard time moving beyond a state of distress. Your instinctive response may be to fire back at the person in an effort to protect or defend yourself. This is because you may feel threatened in some way by their behavior, as anger can be perceived as an attack. It is under these conditions that people on the receiving end of a person’s negative and uncharacteristic behavior should try to take a step back before replying with more anger, which may lead to an escalated exchange of negative energies, as well as damaged or broken relationships.

Assess the Situation before Reacting

Before responding, try to look at the situation from the other person’s point of view. What is going on with them that they would lash out at you for what seems to be no reason? This behavior can be a cry for help. It can also be that this person is harboring a lot of negative feelings within themselves, and that they are having a hard time handling those feelings. A person who lashes out is usually feeling a tremendous amount of pressure and stress, and like anything else, that pressure needs to be relieved or it will cause an explosion. Instead of responding with anger that will feed into the existing pressure, do your best to respond with kindness and compassion, even if the person does not appreciate it at the time. In this way, you may stop the escalation of anger and prevent it from infecting you. Your understanding and empathy may be the very act of kindness this person needs to relieve their stress and realize just how badly they were behaving toward others who did not deserve it.

Ask for Assistance from Above

If you are having difficulty dispensing kindness in the face of someone else’s hurtful behavior, ask your Heavenly Support Team to help you to increase your compassion toward others. In addition, ask them to help the person who is in distress, as they are the ones most in need of assistance. Send the distressed person love and light from your heart and spirit, and request that they receive the healing they need to relieve them of the distress and pent up anger in order to live a happy and satisfied life.

What Is Inside of You?

If you determine it is you who is lashing out at others and walking around with anger in your heart and mind, then it is time to take an in-depth look at what is really bothering you, and apologize, if possible, to those you hurt. To discover what is going on, the first step is recognizing and identifying the true problem. For example, getting extremely angry at your partner for leaving their socks on the floor after asking them several times not to, may only be a surface trigger that signals the existence of a deeper problem, such as of a sense of not being heard or appreciated at work and at home. Often, it is miscommunications and misunderstandings that lead to problems within relationships. By examining and uncovering the true problems, you can begin to work on positive solutions to heal them. The second step is to look for solutions that will improve the circumstances that are causing the problems. Are there actions you can take to improve your situation or remove yourself from it? If not, are there ways that you can change the way that you perceive the situations that will ease your emotional pain? It may seem as if there is no way out and that the problems are formidable; however, that line of thinking can be the product of limited thinking that is boxed in by only seeing the problem. Try your best to get past step one, and open your mind to various solutions. There are other options available. They may not always appear to be the options you want to take; however, if you can let go of your anger and stress long enough to clear your mind, you may discover that the options may lead you to better opportunities. Be sure to ask others for help. Brainstorm ideas with respected friends, family members, or colleagues. By being truthful with yourself and others as you go through this process, you  will not only help yourself on a human level, but also on a soul level, as you evolve and develop through these empowering experiences. The third step is to be kind to yourself. If you are working to the point of exhaustion, take a step back. A break from the stressful situations will allow you time to refresh and look at situations with a more relaxed state of mind. Most important of all, ask your heavenly support team of God, the archangels, past spiritual masters, spirit guides, and loved ones in spirit, to help you. They are eager to lend a hand and will do so if you ask for their assistance and are open to receiving their help. Sometimes, too, when you leave an opening for your heavenly support team to help out, they may just solve the problem for you through the presentation of new opportunities.

Multiply the Kindness in the World

As you go throughout your day, keep in mind that we are all human, we all make mistakes, and we are all doing the best we can under the circumstances that affect our lives. By countering meanness with kindness, we provide opportunities to make positive contributions that have the potential to bring healing to our lives and the lives of others. Namaste!

Is There Power in Prayers?

Statue of an angel There are many times in my life, and in the lives of others, that I have witnessed prayers being answered. There are times, though, when it has seemed as though they were not. Including prayers shared for decades and prayers that were for the most heartfelt desires held within the core of someone’s being. As a seeker of knowledge, I wanted to know the reasons behind these occurrences. By delving deep through communications with my Heavenly Support Team and searching for answers within my own soul throughout my lifetime, many reasons have been revealed.

Tragedies, both big and small, affect all of us at one time or another in this lifetime. Often, that is when prayers for assistance and guidance increase. When situations do not turn out the way we prayed for, many of us may wonder why prayers seem to go unanswered or why God, whose omnipotent powers can easily prevent these events from occurring in the first place, would allow such negative events to occur. To many people, it is incomprehensible why God would allow people and animals to suffer, die young, or face incredibly challenging circumstances. It is not because God revels in our pain. It has to do with contracts of the soul made before we were born.

Advanced Course for Soul Evolution

I have often stated that life on earth is the “advanced course for soul evolution.” Before we were born, we made agreements, referred to as soul contracts, to learn specific lessons for our souls in this lifetime. In heaven, we do not experience negativity like we do here. In order to learn lessons, it sometimes requires hard and fast challenges that push us beyond our comfort zones. Heaven does not provide all the challenging circumstances required to take us to the next level of soul evolution. Because of that, we agree to experience a lifetime on earth in order to accelerate the pace of our personal soul growth.

When creating our itinerary for our earthly journeys, we agree to certain lessons meant to build our faith, to learn how to love unconditionally, to overcome tragedy, to learn how to forgive ourselves and others, to help us rediscover the divine knowledge within our souls about the true reasons for our existence, or for countless other reasons that reach into the depths of our souls. The way the lessons occur are not necessarily spelled out in the agreements. They are written in more of an outline form. This is because we have free will.

Once we are born on earth, events are facilitated to create the optimal conditions for lessons. It requires a tremendous amount of real-time organization based on decisions we make which affect not only us, but also many others. There is a ripple effect with every decision which alters the paths we are on. I equate it to a “Choose Your Own Adventure” book in which the decisions you make determine where your path will lead you. Along the way, the lessons we learn often include challenging situations which create the optimal circumstances for us to learn. If God were to step in to avert these situations every time we faced one, we would not fulfill the lessons for our souls. Therefore, God is not punishing us, but allowing us to fulfill the destinies we agreed to in this lifetime.

Unique Paths Designed to Help One Another

On this earth, there are souls of various levels of soul evolvement. One soul is not better than the other due to the longevity of its existence or the wisdom accumulated in the totality of its existence. All of us, at one time, were younger souls. All of us are doing our best to fulfill our personal destinies, and all our actions in some way assist one another with the lessons we have agreed to for this lifetime. For instance, older souls may have more difficult lessons in a short period of time in order to greatly increase the speed at which they comprehend and utilize divine knowledge. The tragedies they experience enable them to assist others along their paths from a place of understanding and love. They can do this because their experiences trigger the memories built into the soul regarding the reasons for our existence. Younger souls, who are more likely to operate from a place of fear rather than love, often assist others by acting as the catalysts for negative circumstances. They have not yet learned we are here to help one another because they have not had the numerous lifetimes to attain that knowledge. One soul is not better than the other because both serve vital roles in the fulfillment of our destinies. No one is perfect, and yet everyone is perfect, as each of us is in the process of learning and assisting one another in our divinely planned journeys.

Positive Reasons for Negative Circumstances

With every experience, no matter how negative, there is a positive reason for it to occur, even if we do not comprehend it at the time. If you take a step back to review circumstances from the perspective of what you are supposed to be learning or what the positive reasons are for the negative circumstances, you will recognize them in time. Being able to see and comprehend the bigger picture helps to establish a level of calm and understanding. Instead of getting lost in negative thoughts about yourself and others or feeling as though no one in Heaven is listening, you can better understand the underlying reasons on a soul level. This change in thinking helps to lift your soul beyond the confusion and pain in order to allow divine knowledge of the soul’s purpose to enter your consciousness. The more you put this into practice, the faster you recognize the bigger picture connected to the lessons for your soul.

Miracles

It is important to note that when miracles do happen, it is also tied into the lessons for our soul. If life was entirely negative here, we would be overwhelmed by feelings of hopelessness and would possibly lose our incentive to continue our earthly journeys. Many lessons can be learned and reinforced through positive experiences, including lessons of faith and that there is more to life than appears to be. Miracles are one of the many factors which encourage us to keep moving forward through the extraordinary positive experiences which uplift our souls and instill belief in Higher Powers.

Support From Above

There is another important factor which contributes to our overall well-being and success. It is the fact that we are not alone. We have an entire Heavenly Support Team made up of God, the angels, past spiritual masters, guardian angels, and loved ones in spirit who assist us on our journeys. Our guys and gals in heaven know how difficult life on earth can be. Because of that, they do whatever is in their power to help us with the fulfillment of our soul contracts. Again, there are times when they cannot interfere because there are decisions we must make on our own; however, they do send signs and messages which provide comfort, guidance, and love in their efforts to support us. Learning how they communicate across dimensions is immensely helpful, as it will give you conscious access to divine knowledge and guidance for your life and the lives of others, as well as divine love which is at the heart of every being.

Keep Praying as it Keeps Us Connected with Heaven

This brief glimpse into the inner workings of the universe and the purposes of our lives is meant to help you to better understand why prayers may sometimes seem to go unanswered. When it appears as though the assistance or guidance you prayed for has gone unanswered, it does not mean your prayers have not been heard. They have. It may mean that what you asked for may not be in alignment with the lessons for your soul or the souls of others and that another solution will be provided as the answers to your prayers. There are times when events must unfold in a certain way to help with lessons before the ultimate goals are reached.

With the gift of free will, we are in control of our destinies. It is our responsibility to take actions in ways that bring about the most beneficial outcomes for all concerned. It does not mean, though, that we cannot ask for and receive help along the way. We do every day, whether it is something we can readily recognize. Our Heavenly Support Teams help us on our journeys, and they hear and answer our prayers in the best ways possible for the achievement of lessons for our souls.

The Importance of Animals and How They Communicate Spirit-to-Spirit

Black Cat The animals of this earth are amazing creatures that do much more than teach us lessons about life and death, responsibility, companionship, and unconditional love. Their presence in our lives when we adopt them as pets creates special bonds which envelope our hearts and souls with love.

Animals in the Wild Carry Messages

Beyond our domesticated companions, the animals in the wild often provide symbolic messages and signs that help us navigate events in our lives. These messages and signs are defined by their behaviors and habitats, as well as established symbolism, which contain messages for us when they repeatedly show up in our lives. For instance, the dove is a universal symbol of peace. When seeing an actual dove, an image of a dove, or the word, it is a message to be at peace with whatever is causing concerns or worries. Often, our loved ones in spirit and the angels orchestrate the appearance of animals in our lives to help us. There are many resources available for looking up the spiritual meanings of animals, both in books and on the internet. Additionally, people in spirit also like to use specific animals to send signs that they are around. Some of the more common animals used are cardinals or red birds, blue jays, doves, hummingbirds, hawks, falcons, and eagles.

Animals Can and Do Communicate

Animals communicate via their spirits. As a spirit medium, I communicate with loved ones in spirit, including animals, and the angels every day. It is accomplished through a method of spirit-to-spirit communication which utilizes my extrasensory and earthly senses to transmit information, including images, feelings, thoughts, scents, and more. Both living and deceased animals communicate in the same way that people in spirit do. They have deep thoughts and emotions, likes and dislikes, and concerns and worries. They express these through their body language and vocalizations, as well as through spirit-to-spirit communication.

Even without knowing how to communicate spirit-to-spirit, you also communicate with your pets through your soul. They feel the love you share with them, and they share it with you in return. You can feel it in your heart and soul. Being attentive to your pet can help you to learn about their natural behaviors and keep you alert to when they are not feeling their best. The signs may be subtle because most animals try to hide illness or issues due to their instinctual behaviors from their time in the wild. If your pet is hiding and/or has unusual changes in their eating habits, it may be a sign they are in distress, whether mentally or physically.

Invisible Network Connecting All Beings

At the heart of each being resides a beautiful spirit. Our spirits, also known as our souls, have all been created from the same source with the same raw materials. When our souls were being programmed, we were granted the ability to communicate via our spirits with all beings in creation. This is one of the ways our prayers are transmitted. The invisible connection between us all is a communication network that allows the transmission of information from one soul to another using a special form of telepathic connection. Beings in heaven utilize this system of communication to get messages through to people on earth. Animals, both live and deceased, also use this system of communication. It is a universal language that is understood by the soul, and those open to it and who learn its intricacies, can successfully communicate via their spirits with other beings.

One of the most interesting aspects is when thoughts come through from animals for me. They come through in the language I know best – English. This phenomenon also occurs when a person in spirit spoke a language other than English. At first, I hear the person speak in their native language. After I acknowledge to the recipient of the reading that the person in spirit spoke a language other than English, and define the language if I can, the person in spirit will then transmit their thoughts in my native language. It reminds me of the United Nations in which languages are automatically translated for participants of the world. For living human beings, telepathic connections do exist; however, while on earth, we have verbal and non-verbal means with which to communicate. Because life on earth is a spiritual journey of learning with souls on different levels of evolvement, communicating through words and body language are the common means for expressing oneself.

As a note, telepathy does not mean reading someone’s mind. It is a soul connection in which information is freely shared by the soul, in much the same way as when we hold conversations with one another. The information, though, is coming through via transmissions of energy which utilize all the senses. This can occur between humans on earth; however, spirit-to-spirit communication, which is a phenomenal universal language which creates bridges between beings in all dimensions, is most used by beings in spirit and animals.

An Honor to Share the World Together

Animals honor and grace us with much more than their companionship on earth. They are vital to the thriving of our shared world and carry much more significance than at first glance. Their spiritual foundations are rooted in the continual learning of lessons for all on earth while also providing great wonder and essential care for the incredible interwoven ecosystem which supports life on our planet.

For those special animals which become members of our households, the connection we share with them goes beyond our time on earth. Once in Heaven, they are cared for by our loved ones in spirit and the angels, and eagerly await the time when we will be reunited with them when our natural time to cross over comes. In the meantime, they can and do visit us in spirit, just as people in spirit do, to let us know they are around and still a part of our hearts and spirits through the love we share with them.

A Journey of Faith and Spirituality

What does it mean to have faith? What does it take to have it? On the surface, these questions seem to have simple answers. To have faith is to believe in God and all you need to do is make a decision to believe. However, there is much more to faith than what appears to be on the surface. It is actually a very personal and deep journey into the soul which comes about from many trying and joyous circumstances. Decisions about faith may come many times in your life as situations arise which require faith to make your way through them. It is not as simple as saying you have faith or even just deciding to have it. Living with faith means consciously making decisions to trust in the plans made for you by God, especially when circumstances rock you to your very core.

We are All Spiritual Seekers

As human beings we are on a spiritual journey. We are seekers on a path filled with pitfalls and celebrations which provide us with answers, more questions, angst, and peace. We decide for ourselves what we are going to believe and we act according to those beliefs. We make real-time choices every day based on the knowledge we have acquired, and in doing so, we reaffirm or fight against the concept of faith within us. Seeking and questioning is an important part of our individual journeys. We have been given the gift of free will to find our way back to God and the knowledge that has been veiled from us when we were born on this Earth.

My Personal Spiritual Journey

During my own spiritual journey, which has been decades in the making, I have learned to trust in the circumstances I face. Whether negative or positive, there is always a positive reason for them. It took me a long time to understand this. When I look back on my life and the way events have transpired, I can clearly see why certain experiences had to occur. The same can be said for you, as well. On a human level, I may not initially be happy about unexpected turns in my path which come about through negative circumstances; however, when they are in the midst of occurring, I remind myself there has to be a good reason for the change in my path. This helps me to work on remaining calm in the face of a storm. Feelings of disappointment or hurt may be there on the surface; however, they are quicker to dissipate when reminding myself that everything has a reason for occurring. When analyzing circumstances, there are times when I clearly see why my path was redirected and others in which I am still waiting for the answers. In the meantime, I accept the changes and move forward with trust in my Heavenly Support Team to lead me to the best opportunities and situations for me. Your Heavenly Support Team will do this for you, as well.

A Challenging Lesson

One of the hardest lessons I needed to learn was to have faith in the bigger picture for regarding the soul contracts filled with life lessons for me. These plans were agreed upon prior to my birth and include situations which will challenge me to learn and grow as a soul. As a human being, this knowledge has been veiled from me temporarily in order to provide optimum learning conditions. Within my heart, I had a very strong desire to share my life with a wonderful partner. This desire has led to many lessons about heartache, self-worth, perceptions about my life, and my life purpose. After years of looking outside of myself for love, I discovered the importance of loving who I am and accepting that I may or may not have someone to share my life with. It took a long time to get to that place; however, now that I have, I no longer feel the pressure to adhere to an ideal that may not be meant for me. When looking back at my life, I appreciate the lessons I learned while also seeing why a relationship with a significant other may have gotten in the way of the work I was being called upon to do as a spirit medium. This does not mean I will not have a partner or companion, it just means that up to this point, I can clearly understand why I had the experiences I did, including the life lessons.

Sharing the Blessings with You

By sharing this with you, I hope to help you to open your mind and your heart to the amazing opportunities heading your way. Even if your path has been challenging, it does not mean it will remain that way. Faith was a hard-earned and worthy gift to have received. It came from experiences both big and small which reinforced that God really is there for me, and that no matter what happens, I am on the right path for me.

Faith is believing in God and the soul contracts you made for this lifetime. It is believing there are positive reasons for negative circumstances and trusting in the circumstances you find yourself in. It is about forgiveness of the self and others and, most of all, it is about actively accepting the loving guidance from above.

You have all of the tools you need to reach a similar place in your life. It takes work and reminders. It takes forgiveness and getting up again after a setback. Believe in yourself and trust in the plans tailored for you to become the best soul you can be in this lifetime and beyond. God will light your way. Pay attention to the signs and listen within for instructions regarding your next steps. If you are having a difficult time understanding the instructions, take a step back. Meditate on the answers or calmly wait for clearer messages. For an entire year the only message my guys and gals in Heaven would give me was “move forward without fear” whenever I asked about my life path. This was a faith-building lesson to learn how to trust in the circumstances I was in because they were helping me every step of the way. I followed the instructions from my Heavenly Support Team, even when I was struggling to keep the faith. Today, I can look back and see just how beautifully they organized the various experiences of my life and how far I have come.

Can Loved Ones in Spirit See Us From Heaven?

path to the beachPeople often ask me if loved ones in spirit can see us after they have crossed over into Heaven. The short answer is yes; however, there is much more to a soul’s existence in Heaven beyond seeing events on Earth. Through the countless communications I have received from beings in spirit, I have learned a great deal that I would like to share with you about our existence beyond life on Earth.

From Physical Body to the Soul’s Energy Form

Once our loved ones in spirit cross over into Heaven, their existence changes in profound ways. They are no longer hampered by the physical body they had on Earth. Any physical pain they experienced is gone as the soul in pure energy form. The soul moves forward to its next destination, Heaven, which is the home base of all souls. Even though souls are in energy form, they often mirror the way they looked in life. This familiar form helps souls to transition into their new existence in Heaven in a comforting way. Once souls have acclimated to the heavenly plane, they can alter their appearance. Loved ones in spirit often show me they have opted to take the form of their younger selves, or an age in which they were happy.

Guides for New Arrivals

The newly arrived are often paired with an angelic guide or loved one in spirit who has already crossed over in order to help with the reorientation process. The guides teach or remind the new arrival of how he or she can visit loved ones on Earth, as well as how to send signs alerting those on Earth of his or her presence. Many people report unusual occurrences when a loved one passes, such as seeing a loved one in spirit in their dreams or even seeing them standing by their bedside in energy form around the time of his or her passing. In addition, they may send signs to let you know they are in Heaven. It could be a visual sign, such as the one my great aunt received when she asked her sister where she was after she passed. My great aunt was cleaning out her closet at the time and a book fell at her feet from the shelf above. The book’s title had something to do with time in Heaven. Other signs include feeling a loved one in spirit’s presence, or smelling a scent that reminds you of them. There are many ways in which they will send signs, and they will utilize all of your senses to do so. This is because the method of communication across dimensions works in this way.

Access to the Past and the Future

As for seeing the events unfolding on Earth, loved ones not only have access to current events, but also past and future events. Loved ones in spirit visit us often because they love us and want to help us. They do give us privacy during those ultra-private moments in our lives; however, your loved ones in spirit are around you much more often than you think. As for events from the past, they are able to retrieve and view experiences from the past from our Akashic records, which are the records of all that was, is, and will be for each soul in existence. If loved ones are in need of perspectives to help us with our lives, whether it is to achieve understanding from events from the past or to look into potential future events with which they can assist, they will retrieve the records with the approval of the Archangels who oversee the Hall of Records.

Still the Same Soul, but with a Higher Perspective

It is important to note the perspectives about life on Earth change after arrival in Heaven. Once loved ones in spirit experience the review of their lives, they gain a higher understanding of why events occurred the way they did. The veil that obscured the knowledge of existence for them while in human form is removed, opening up comprehension of the vast inner-workings of our lives as human beings and our existence beyond life on Earth. Within, they are the same soul; however, they have a higher understanding and knowledge which helps them to view situations objectively, as well as grow as a soul through divine awareness. Which is why, when loved ones in spirit come through to communicate with those on this plane, they often indicate they are at peace. Because of the understanding they have attained, they no longer experience anger or upset. This is also true for the way people on Earth are handling situations since their passing. They may not like the way a loved one on Earth is behaving; however, due to their divine knowledge, they know why events are occurring in a certain way. It all has to do with lessons for our souls. They are not angry, but can be saddened when someone is behaving in a manner which hurts others. The situations, though, are out of their hands. They cannot control how people behave. They can only watch over situations and hope for the best. There are times when they can step in to help from the Other Side; however, more often than not, they are not allowed to interfere, especially if important lessons need to be learned.

What to Do with Belongings

As for the handling of their belongings, loved ones in spirit often convey that they would like items to be distributed in a fair way. It is unfortunate when people on Earth behave in a selfish or greedy way over the legacies left by loved ones who have crossed over. They do not like to see families torn apart by belongings or money. Even though they are aware of the lessons tied into these situations, they still hope loved ones remember it is more important to cultivate and nurture the relationships they have with one another through fair distribution, rather than hurtful actions driven by greed and selfish behaviors.

Loved ones in spirit also often state they do not want loved ones on Earth to feel compelled to keep every object they ever owned because the objects are not them, they are only things which loved ones in spirit no longer need. Keeping objects with historical importance or positive memories is good, as long as they do not overload your home. I have had loved ones in spirit ask their relatives on Earth to donate that which is no longer needed to charities because they prefer their belongings to go to someone who can use them.

Heavenly Communications

All in all, our loved ones in spirit remain an important part of our lives, even though they have crossed over into Heaven. They are aware of events on Earth and do what they can to help us on our journeys here. There are many ways in which you can remain open to the communications they send, including learning how spirit-to-spirit communication works. While it differs from the way we communicate with each other on Earth, it is a language built into our souls which can be reawakened with knowledge and an openness to the extraordinary within the seemingly ordinary.

Glimpses of Heaven

People often ask me, what is Heaven like and what are my loved ones doing up there? As a Spirit Medium, I have the unique ability to communicate with those on the Other Side, and in the process, they often show me glimpses of Heaven.

Our universe is much bigger and more diverse than most people on Earth can fathom. There are other worlds and dimensions which we travel to as souls for unique learning experiences. Our home base is Heaven, which is the starting point from which we are created and it is the place we return to after our many adventures to other worlds and dimensions. As souls depart for the Earth and other destinations, other souls return to be welcomed home.

Heaven is not only our home base, but it is also the place where we rest and recuperate after our adventures. It is a place of healing, love, knowledge, and learning. It is a hive of activity with beings coming and going, beings actively involved in the inner-workings of Heaven, magnificent reunions with gala parties for the recently returned, lifetime reviews, and much more.

Arrival in Heaven

Upon arrival in Heaven, we are greeted by a welcoming Angel or loved one in spirit who proceeds to help us become re-oriented to Heaven. Our guide helps us to navigate our way through Heaven and to visit loved ones on Earth to see the events occurring since our passing. Many in spirit are in attendance for our memorial services and life celebrations. Until we are ready to visit our loved ones on Earth on our own, our guides stay with us. Older souls are much faster at being able to communicate on their own across dimensions. Younger souls can take classes in Heaven to help them learn how to communicate via their spirits, send signs, appear in dreams, and manipulate energy on Earth to move objects, and more.

Creating Your World

Heaven truly is what we make of it. Resources are only limited by our minds and the levels we reached in our soul’s evolvement. We can create homes using thought and they can be whatever we want them to be. For instance, you can have a quaint cottage by a lakeshore or a majestic castle with many rooms. Whatever you would like your personal slice of Heaven to be is what it is. Beautiful imagery of homes and collective spaces, which are the collaborative efforts of many to create environments, have been shared with me, including 1940s nightclubs in Harlem, New York, Victorian-era towns and cities, stunningly beautiful parks with elegant flowers and trees, ancient temples from Atlantis and Lemuria, and much, much more. Often, loved ones in spirit show me the homes they grew up in recreated in Heaven, as well as dream homes with glorious views of mountains, gleaming bodies of water, and rolling hills with amazingly green grass. The colors up there are gorgeous and much more intense than they are on Earth.

We also have the power to control our personal appearance in Heaven. I have frequently seen loved ones in spirit, including pets, as the younger versions of themselves enjoying their time in Heaven. We usually opt to look like we did on Earth because that is what we are used to; however, it is usually the younger versions of ourselves in our prime.

It is my impression that the level of what you can do in Heaven and where you reside correlates with the level your soul has reached with its evolution. For example, a younger soul who committed crimes on Earth because they have not yet learned the way of love, do not have the same abilities and access to certain areas of Heaven. In addition, there are many spiritual hospitals for these souls, as well as institutions of learning to help them to better comprehend the true purpose of their existence. Older souls not only have greater expertise, but also greater access. They are free to create what they wish and can travel to more locations in Heaven and beyond.

Activities in Heaven

In Heaven, time does not run on the same cycles as it does on Earth. I have not yet been provided with an equivalent measure, and this may be because one does not exist or that it is to remain a mystery from humankind for now. However, I do know we have plenty of time up there to explore a whole host of activities.

After a lifetime on Earth, we often need time to recover from the rough and tumble ride we encountered. All of our physical ailments automatically disappear because our souls are no longer housed in a physical body. Our minds and souls also receive healing. Those in need of deep healing have shown me themselves in the Spiritual Hospital, which is much like a mental health hospital on Earth with angels in attendance to facilitate the healing process. As on Earth, there are inpatient programs and outpatient programs depending on the needs of the soul. As healing occurs, these souls are gradually integrated into existence in Heaven in order to fully enjoy the paradise of Heaven’s offerings. Those who have healed or are ready to fully enjoy their time in Heaven, often send me images of themselves relaxing and participating in their favorite pastimes, such as fishing, creating art, and spending time with people and pets who have crossed over before them. Because of the love shared between souls, loved ones in spirit often visit their friends and family here on Earth to see how they are doing. They are allowed to help in certain ways with our lives through the sending of signs and messages, as well as taking part in events with the approval of the Archangels. They cannot, however, alter the soul contracts we agreed to prior to birth. Because of this, it may sometimes seem as if God, the Archangels, and loved ones in spirit are not helping you. In actuality they are because they are helping you to fulfill the lessons you agreed to learn.

Because our souls continue to exist and grow, Heaven offers opportunities to learn new skills and meet other souls, similar to the way we can on Earth. Images and information has been sent to me during readings of loved ones in spirit taking classes in music and art, as well as spirit-to-spirit communication and how to work with the energies on Earth and in Heaven. Many times, I have seen younger souls who have passed meeting new souls and forming relationships with them.

In Heaven, we can also volunteer for jobs. They are not like jobs on Earth. You choose what you would like to do, such as becoming a guardian angel, a muse, or greeter at Heaven’s gates. Many souls enjoy being of service and Heaven offers many opportunities to bring to your spirit what you need most.

The Hall of Records

Within our magnificent home base of Heaven, there is a Hall of Records which contains information about everything that was, is, and will be for each of our souls. The files, which are referred to as the Akashic Records, contain our soul contracts for each past and present lifetime, as well as every detail of the lifetimes we have lived and are living, as well as information about future events for our souls. The future events are written in outline form and can be updated depending upon the actions we take in our current lifetimes. This is because of free will. There are events which are scheduled to occur in alignment with agreed-to soul contracts; however, the minute details may not be written yet due to constantly changing conditions here on Earth based on the decisions we make.

When I am shown the Hall of Records, I see a large, white Parthenon-style building with a wide set of stairs leading up to a landing with six regal columns. Scattered throughout the image are people dressed in many different styles of clothing, as well as scholars and attendants in comfortable white or cream colored tunics and gowns. Past life information can be accessed within the Hall of Records in an interactive manner, which allows visitors to delve into the past to retrieve information in a way that immerses them in the experiences.

The Archangels, who are tasked with overseeing everything having to do with mankind and Earth, retain control of the Hall of Records and work with many orders of Angels to help facilitate events on Earth which coincide with soul plans and lessons for all on Earth. Guardian angels, some of whom are people who lived on Earth who volunteer to help their loved ones, are also given tasks and permission to send communications by the Archangels. For those who volunteer to be guardian angels to loved ones on Earth, they are given specific access to the Akashic Records for those they are watching over. They are allowed to communicate approved information through dreams, signs, and spirit to spirit communication – either directly or through a Spirit Medium.

Epiphanies from Heaven and the Universal Mind

Heaven is an imagination works, or conglomeration, where all ideas are hatched and sent through epiphanies to souls meant to bring them to fruition based on their soul contracts. The idea hatchery is often referred to as the Universal Mind. The ideas, which come from the Creator, are disseminated at the appropriate time and place by God and the Archangels. It is then the job of the Archangels to assign a muse to share the ideas with the beings destined to bring the ideas to fruition on Earth or in another world or dimension.  Specific orders of angels, as well as loved ones in spirit who have volunteered to serve as muses, are responsible for the actual transmission of the ideas to the matching soul. There is a significant amount of real-time organization which takes place in order to facilitate this process. Many events and circumstances need to be devised at the proper times in order to bring ideas to light with the proper resources for the recipient.  It is an incredible process which is also employed for the events and circumstances in our daily lives, in which we are placed in situations which encourage optimum opportunities for working through the lessons we agreed to in our soul contracts.

Why Do We Leave Heaven?

People ask why do we leave Heaven if it is so wonderful? We leave to accelerate the growth of our souls. The lack of negativity in Heaven provides a certain kind of learning that is missing the great challenges life on Earth or what other worlds may offer. We come down here for strong and fast lessons, but then return to Heaven when our lessons have been completed. There are very important reasons why we need to be here and why we have the experiences we do. One of the most important is to find our way back to the love within from which we were created. Once we do return to Heaven, we have time to rest and enjoy activities we love while waiting for our loved ones on Earth to join us at their designated time. The love we share with one another keeps us connected across all dimensions because love is at the heart of our very existence. Once we are reunited with our closest soul groups, we decide where and when we would like our next adventure to begin.
