When our loved ones make the transition to Heaven, people frequently ask whether they are reunited with loved ones in spirit who are already there. It is one of the top questions asked beyond whether their newly deceased loved one is at peace and doing well. There are many answers to this question which really begin prior to a loved one crossing over into Heaven, and which have been provided to me through thousands of readings and meditations over the years as a spirit medium.

Who We See Prior to Crossing Over into Heaven

Our Heavenly Support Teams, which are comprised of God, the Archangels, past spiritual masters, Guardian Angels, loved ones in spirit, and more, know when our time to cross over is coming. It does not matter if the passing is sudden or more drawn out due to an illness or ailment. They are around us to help us with the process.

What Occurs Prior to a Sudden Passing

With a sudden passing, there are times when we may have an unusual or deep conversation with someone right before they pass. Often, people ask me whether that person knew they were going to pass. They do not know on an earthly level that they will be passing, but their soul knows, as does their Heavenly Support Team. The prompting for those conversations comes from those in Heaven and they are a gift from above. Loved ones in spirit are there waiting to assist the person passing with their transition to Heaven by bringing them peace, letting them know their time has come to cross over into Heaven, and helping with the process.

What Occurs During a Slower Passing

With a passing that is more drawn out due to an illness or ailment, loved ones in spirit and the Angels gather around the person who will be crossing over. Those who are getting ready to transition to Heaven often see them and talk with them days and sometimes weeks prior to passing. This is not a hallucination, even if they are heavily medicated. They really are present and ready to assist with the transition process. People who are in a coma, are asleep or unconscious, or are unaware of the world due to Alzheimer’s or dementia go to Heaven’s Waiting Room, where loved ones in spirit who are already in Heaven can visit them and prepare them for their full crossing over into Heaven.

During the Transition to Heaven

When the soul is released from its earthly body, there is a delegation of one to three beings in spirit helping the soul to enter the portal to Heaven, also referred to by many as the tunnel, which glows with a brilliant white light. The delegation can consist of loved ones in spirit, including beloved pets in spirit, as well as Angels. They guide the soul to the portal where they enter on their own, as it is a private journey where they experience a montage of positive highlights of their lives and experience a brief time with our Creator. As the soul is reaching the end of the portal, the light of Heaven shines brighter and they begin to see all their loved ones in spirit cheering them on and celebrating their arrival in Heaven.

Who We See Once We Are in Heaven

Upon our full transition into Heaven, we are reunited with ALL the loved ones in spirit we would like to see, including pets. I state it this way because there may be souls we do not want to see due to negative conflicts experienced while on Earth with them. In time, after we have had our non-judgmental life review in which we learn about why we had the experiences we had and the lessons we were to learn, we have the option to reunite with those who brought us harm. This is not to give them a hard time or to ream them out, but to extend forgiveness. This is because during our life review, we attain a higher understanding of the role that soul agreed to play in the lessons we needed for the growth of our soul while on Earth.

Enjoying Heaven Together

Once we are united with those we love in Heaven, we can enjoy Heaven with them, volunteer to become a Guardian Angel to those we love who are still on Earth, and much more. As it is on Earth, but with much more positivity, we decide how we would like to spend our time in paradise. If we had more than one spouse or significant other, there is no fighting or jealousy as our time can be shared as we wish without the lower energies and emotions from Earth interfering. We also share Heaven with our beloved pets in spirit.
